While trying out different games, I noticed something interesting. A few of the RTP percentages shown on Spinfinite were lower than what the developers list on their own websites. So I went back and checked a handful of titles to compare the RTP in the game with the numbers published by the providers.

I tested the email support a few times while reviewing the site. Response times were reasonable but a bit inconsistent. One reply came back in about an hour, while another took closer to three and a half hours. So it’s not instant, but still fairly quick compared to some other social casinos I’ve played at.

Help Center & FAQ

Spinfinite also has an FAQ section with a couple dozen questions and answers. In theory, that should help cover common issues. In practice, many of the responses felt pretty generic.

For example, one FAQ asks “Is Spinfinite legal in my state?” The answer simply says sweepstakes casinos are legal in most U.S. states and suggests checking your local regulations. That’s technically true, but it doesn’t give players much useful information.
