In this review, weâll take a closer look at the platformâs bonuses, game selection, sweepstakes, and overall experience, along with how it compares with other sweepstakes social casinos right now. The goal is pretty simple: help you figure out whether Cider Casino is actually worth trying.

"Cider Casino is probably best suited for social and sweepstakes casino players who like using a mobile app, prefer paying with PayPal, or want a little more variety in game types beyond just slots.
That said, itâs not the best option if you like cashing out smaller wins or chasing big welcome offers.
The platform doesnât offer gift card redemptions, the minimum cash-out is 100 SC, and the sign-up bonus is smaller than what many competitors provide."

Cider Casino uses the typical dual-currency system found at most online social casinos. Players use Gold Coins to play games just for fun, while Sweeps Coins act as sweepstakes entries that can be redeemed for real cash prizes.
At Cider Casino, 1 Sweeps Coin equals $1.00 in prize value. Before redeeming prizes, youâll just need to meet a few basic requirements, which we cover in the âRedeeming Sweeps Coins for Prizesâ section a bit further down the page.
Also worth noting, Sweeps Coins canât be purchased directly here. Instead, theyâre usually included as a bonus when you buy Gold Coin bundles or claimed through various promotions offered by the platform.
When doing these reviews and testing out different social casinos, I usually like to start by looking at the bonuses and promotions. Thatâs where youâll often see the biggest differences between platforms. Hereâs a quick summary of what Cider Casino currently offers in this department.

Cider Casinoâs welcome offer is honestly one of the smaller ones Iâve come across at a social casino. New players get 20,000 Gold Coins and 0.30 Sweeps Coins as a no-deposit bonus (or "Novice Bonus," as they like to call it), which are added to your account right after signing up.
They also have a small first-purchase offer available: 27,000 Gold Coins for $2.99, along with 4.50 Sweeps Coins included as a bonus.
Itâs not much compared to what some other sweepstakes sites and apps offer, but itâs enough to try a few games and see how things work without too much of an investment upfront.
In addition to its welcome bonuses, Cider Casino also has a decent number of ongoing promotions for existing players. Here are a few of the ones I came across while exploring the app.
Cider Casino does have a VIP program, though itâs pretty basic. You earn VIP points while playing games, and those points push you up through the different tiers over time. Most of the rewards are tied to discounted Gold Coin packages.
Verdict (2.5/5 Rating): The welcome offers are pretty underwhelming compared to most social casinos. That said, Cider Casino does make up for it a bit with its ongoing promotions, especially the weekly subscriptions and frequent social media giveaways.
If youâre new to social casinos like Cider Casino, one important thing to understand is that there arenât traditional deposits or withdrawals. You donât deposit or cash out real money like you would at a typical online casino. Instead, players purchase Gold Coins and redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes.
Hereâs how that works.
Like most social casinos, Cider Casino is technically free to play, so you donât have to buy anything to play games or win prizes. That said, a lot of players still purchase coin packages since itâs the quickest way to build up a larger balance.
If you decide to make a purchase, just tap the green âBuyâ button at the top of the screen and choose from one of the available packages. Hereâs what I saw listed during my review:
Price (USD) | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
$2.00 | 22,000 | N/A |
$4.00 | 46,000 | 4 |
$5.00 | 60,000 | 5 |
$10.00 | 130,000 | 10 |
$20.00 | 300,000 | 20 |
$50.00 | 850,000 | 50 |
$100.00 | 2,000,000 | 100 |
$200.00 | 4,000,000 | 200 |
As you can see, most of the packages include about 1 Sweeps Coin for every $1 spent. At the time of my review, purchases could be completed using Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.
To redeem prizes on Cider Casino, youâll first need to complete KYC verification and build up a balance of at least 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins.
The key word there is "redeemable." Sweeps Coins have to be won through gameplay before they can be redeemed, so (for example) SC claimed directly through bonuses need to be played through at least 1x before they're eligible.
Cash prizes are typically paid out through bank transfer (push-to-debit) or PayPal, often using the same payment method you used when purchasing Gold Coins if that applies.
According to Cider Casinoâs official sweepstakes rules, it can take up to 30 days for redeemed prizes to be processed. That said, based on our testing and feedback from other players, most redemptions seem to be completed much faster, usually within about 1-5 business days.
Players can currently redeem up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins per day. Itâs also worth noting that Cider Casino currently charges a small service fee on redemptions. Bank transfers have a 1% fee, while PayPal redemptions are 3%.
Verdict (3.5/5 Rating): Buying coins and redeeming prizes is pretty straightforward at Cider Casino, and payout times are similar to what youâll see at most other social casinos. Itâs also one of the few platforms that supports PayPal. That said, Iâm not a big fan of the "service charge" on redemptions.
At my last count, Cider Casino offers 500+ casino-style games from the following providers:
Most of the library is made up of slot games, which is pretty typical for a social or sweepstakes casino. The slots are grouped into different categories like Classic Slots, Jackpot Slots, Hold and Win Slots, and Buying Feature.
In case you're looking for some recommendations, a few of the slot games I personally enjoyed the most during testing were Zeus Power, Money Coming, and Crack More Piggy Banks.
In addition to slots, thereâs also a "Table Games" section with around 20 different options.
This includes classic RNG table games like 21 Burn Blackjack, French Roulette, Craps, Oasis Poker, and Texas Holdâem, along with some specialty games like Triple Cash or Crash, Plinko Empire, and Mines (these donât necessarily fit the traditional table game category but help add some variety nonetheless).
Finally, Cider Casino has a "Shooting Games" section with 27 titles, including popular options like Ocean Hunter, Fortune Zombie (1 and 2), and Boar Rush Jackpot.
Verdict (4/5 Rating): I was decently impressed with the overall selection at Cider Casino. Thereâs a good amount of variety across different game types, and it looks like new titles are added fairly regularly. My only real complaints are the lack of live dealer games and the fact that the library comes from a smaller pool of providers than youâll see on some competing sites.
Cider Casino is available right now through its website (cidercasino.com) on both desktop and mobile, along with a dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android. At the time of writing, the app is rated 4.7 out of 5 stars on both the iOS App Store and Google Play.
During my review, I tested the site out on my iPhone and MacBook, and I also tried the mobile app on my iPhone.
The experience was pretty similar across all three. The same games, features, and redemption options were available everywhere. The only real difference was the desktop layout, which is spaced out a bit more for the larger screen.
The design is colorful and animated, with bright graphics and moving banners that give it more of a casual mobile-game feel. Navigation was straightforward too.
You can switch between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at the top of the screen, and the Buy and Redeem buttons sit right next to your balance. Thereâs also a sidebar menu for things like promotions and account settings, along with a search bar if youâre looking for a specific game.
Loading times were quick during my testing, and I didnât run into any noticeable lag or glitches. Overall, it felt pretty similar to most other sweepstakes casino apps Iâve used.
Verdict (4.5/5 Rating): I didnât run into any real issues while testing Cider Casino. The site was easy to navigate, everything loaded quickly, and the layout didnât take long to get used to. It also has a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android, which is something a lot of social casinos, especially newer ones, still donât offer.
When reviewing Cider Casino, I took a closer look at a few of the legitimacy signals youâd normally expect to see from a social or sweepstakes casino. Here are some of the things I noticed while testing and researching the platform.
Verdict (4/5 Rating): Overall, everything I saw during my review looked fairly normal and in line with what youâd expect from a social casino. The rules are clearly posted, the usual verification checks are in place, and player feedback so far has been pretty solid. That said, Cider Casino is still a relatively new platform and the company doesnât operate any other social casinos, so it doesnât have much of a track record in the industry.
If you need help on Cider Casino, there are two main options: live chat and email support.
During my review, I tested out the live chat feature on the website and was connected to the AI chatbot right away. It can provide some basic answers and general information, but you can also ask to be transferred to a real support agent if needed.
Thatâs what I did. After entering my Player ID, I waited about 15-20 minutes before a human agent joined the chat. Once they did, they were pretty helpful and answered my questions.
If youâd rather reach out by email, you can contact support at support@mysticmirrorltd.com. Thereâs also a contact form on the website that sends your message to their support team.
In addition, on its website, Cider Casino includes a small FAQ section with about five common questions and answers. It doesnât go into much detail, but itâs another place you can check if youâre looking for some quick information before contacting support.
Verdict (4/5 Rating): Overall, Cider Casinoâs support experience is solid. The live chat response time was reasonable, and the agent I connected with was able to answer all of my questions pretty easily. That said, the Help Center is a bit limited right now. Expanding the FAQ section would make it a lot easier for players to find quick answers on their own.
Like most sweepstakes casinos, Cider Casino isnât available everywhere. At the moment, players cannot access the platform at all if theyâre located in these U.S. states:
The site is also prohibited in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and QuĂŠbec, as well as any country outside the United States or Canada.
There are also a couple of partial restrictions. If youâre in California or New York, you can still sign up and play games with Gold Coins for fun. But Sweeps Coins arenât available in those states, which means you wonât be able to redeem any prizes.
Cider Casino also has a neat little map that pops up on the app when asking you to enable location services on your device. Iâve included it below so you can quickly see where the platform currently operates.
When I tested Cider Casino, creating an account only took a couple of minutes. Hereâs how the process worked for me:
There are a lot of social casinos available today, and many of them offer similar features on the surface. To get a better idea of where Cider Casino stands, I think it helps to compare it with some other popular platforms in the U.S. and beyond.
Social Casino | No Deposit Bonus | Min. Cash Redemption | Min. Gift Card Redemption | Mobile App | Live Dealer Games |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Cider Casino | 20,000 GC + 0.30 SC | 100 SC | Not offered | Yes â | No â |
250,000 GC + 25.00 SC | 50 SC | Not Offered | Yes â (iOS only) | Yes â | |
2,000,000 GC + 2.00 SC | 100 SC | 10 SC | Yes â (GC play only) | Yes â | |
100,000 GC + 2.00 SC | 100 SC | 50 SC | Yes â (iOS only) | No â | |
100,000 GC + 2.00 SC | 100 SC | 45 SC | Yes â (iOS only) | Yes â | |
250,000 GC + 5.00 SC | 100 SC | 25 SC | No â | Yes â | |
5,000 GC + 2.00 SC | 100 SC | 25 SC | Yes â (GC play only) | No â | |
7,500 GC + 2.50 SC | 75 SC | 10 SC | No â | Yes â | |
1,750,000 GC + 10.00 SC | 100 SC | 50 SC | No â | No â |
As you can see, Cider Casino doesnât really have many areas where it clearly stands out from the competition. In fact, it falls a bit behind some other platforms in a few key spots. The no-deposit bonus is smaller, there are no live dealer games, and the 100 SC minimum redemption requirement is a little higher than what a lot of competitors have in place.
That said, there are still a couple of things working in its favor. Cider Casino offers a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android, which is something many social casinos still donât have. It also supports PayPal for purchases and redemptions, offers a mix of game types beyond just slots, and has a somewhat unique weekly subscription promotion.
Even so, Cider Casino probably still has some room to grow if it wants to compete more directly with some of the larger, more established social casino brands.
Is Cider Casino free to play?
Yes. Cider Casino is a free-to-play social casino, so you donât need to deposit money to create an account or play games there.
How do you win money on Cider Casino?
You donât actually win money directly on Cider Casino. Instead, players use Sweeps Coins to play games, and any Sweeps Coins they win can eventually be redeemed for real cash prizes. Just keep in mind that the games are based on chance, so thereâs really no guaranteed strategy for winning.
Who owns Cider Casino?
Cider Casino is owned by Mystic Mirror Studio Limited. It's a newer operator that launched Cider Casino in Fall 2025 and (as far as I can tell) doesn't run any other social or sweepstakes casinos.
What is the minimum redemption on Cider Casino?
To redeem prizes on Cider Casino, youâll need at least 100 Sweeps Coins in your account balance. Since 1 Sweeps Coin equals $1 in prize value, that means the minimum redemption is $100.
