If you’ve been playing at BankRolla and building up your Sweeps Coin balance, you might be wondering what happens when it’s time to redeem them. How do BankRolla redemptions work? How long do payouts usually take? And what do you need to do before submitting a cashout request?
In this guide, we’ll go over how the BankRolla prize redemption process works, including typical payout times, important rules to know, and how to redeem your Sweeps Coins step by step.
Prize redemptions at BankRolla work similarly to those at other social and sweepstakes casinos in the U.S. You play games using Sweeps Coins, and once you have enough, those winnings can be redeemed for real cash prizes.
It’s also important to understand that BankRolla doesn’t offer traditional real-money withdrawals. Instead, it uses a dual-currency system where Gold Coins (GC) are used to play games on the site, while Sweeps Coins (SC) are the currency that can be redeemed for prizes once you’ve met all of the site's requirements.

One of the most common questions about BankRolla is how long payouts take. Based on testing from our team at ATS.io and feedback from players on sites like Reddit and Trustpilot, most redemptions are completed in about 1-3 business days.
If it’s your first time redeeming Sweeps Coins, the process can take a little longer. BankRolla requires players to verify their account by uploading a valid photo ID before a payout can be approved, and that step can add some extra time.
BankRolla’s Sweeps Rules give the company a longer processing window. According to the terms, redemption requests may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
In reality, many payouts arrive sooner than that once your account has already been verified. Because of this, the first redemption is usually the slowest, while later ones tend to be quicker.
BankRolla has a few rules and limits that apply to prize redemptions. The table below highlights some of the most important requirements players should know before cashing out any winnings.
Redemption Rules & Requirements | Details |
|---|---|
Minimum Redemption Amount | You’ll need at least 100 Sweeps Coins (SC) in your account before submitting a redemption request. |
Playthrough Requirement | SC winnings must be played through once (1x) before they become eligible for redemption. |
Identity Verification | You’ll need to upload a valid photo ID and provide proof of address so BankRolla can confirm your identity, age, and that you live in an eligible state. |
Redemption Requests | Only one redemption request per account every 24 hours is allowed. |
Daily Redemption Limit | You can redeem up to $1,000 in prizes per day. |
Monthly Redemption Limit | Total redemptions are capped at $5,000 per account per calendar month. |
BankRolla currently offers a limited number of redemption options compared to some other social casinos. At the moment, players can redeem eligible Sweeps Coin winnings through a bank transfer, while other common methods like gift cards are not available.
Right now, the only redemption method available at BankRolla is a cash prize via ACH bank transfer. Once a redemption request is approved, the funds are sent directly to the bank account connected to your profile.
ACH transfers are fairly common at sweepstakes casinos and are typically used for larger cash prize redemptions. To request a payout this way, you’ll need to meet the 100 SC minimum redemption requirement mentioned in the last section.
Unlike many other social casinos, BankRolla doesn’t currently offer gift card redemptions.
This isn’t a major issue for players who prefer cash payouts, but gift cards can be convenient because they typically come with lower redemption minimums on other sweepstakes sites and apps
Once you’ve won enough Sweeps Coins, requesting a payout on BankRolla is pretty straightforward. Here’s what the redemption process usually looks like.
Start by logging into your BankRolla account.
In the account menu, select the “Redeem” option to open the prize redemption page. This is where you’ll see your Sweeps Coin balance and the amount that’s currently eligible for redemption.
Before submitting a request, you’ll need at least 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins (SC). Only coins that have already been played through in games count toward this balance, so your total SC balance may be higher than the redeemable amount.
Next, choose how many Sweeps Coins you want to redeem. Since 1 SC equals $1 in cash prizes, the amount you enter will match the value of the payout.
If you haven’t already verified your account, BankRolla may ask you to upload a valid photo ID. You might also need to confirm your payment method by providing a screenshot or statement showing ownership of the bank account used for purchases or redemptions.
Once everything is filled out, submit the redemption request. BankRolla will review the request and, if everything checks out, send the payout straight to your bank account through ACH.
If you’re wondering how prize redemptions at BankRolla compare to those at other social casinos, here’s a quick look at some differences in minimum redemption thresholds and average payout times.
Social Casino | Gift Card Minimum | Cash Prize Minimum | Typical Payout Speed | Full Breakdown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
BankRolla | Not available | 100 SC | 1-3 days | — |
Coinz.us | 50 SC | 100 SC | Within 24-48 Hours | |
Golden Hearts Games | 50 SC | 100 SC | 1-3 days | |
RealPrize | 45 SC | 100 SC | 1-3 days | |

As you can see, BankRolla’s payout times are pretty much in line with what you’ll see at most social casinos, but it’s worth noting that it doesn’t offer gift card redemptions like a lot of other sweepstakes sites and apps.
