Key Storylines
- Arizona is one of the elite teams in the country, boasting a 25‑2 record and a top‑5 ranking in the national polls amid Big 12 competition. They have beaten BYU and Houston over their last two games and will try to get another impressive road win in this game.
- Baylor’s season has been up and down. The Bears are barely above .500 overall and have struggled in conference games, with a 4‑10 Big 12 record. A home victory over Arizona would be a statement, but consistency has been elusive for the Bears.
- Baylor eked out a 73‑68 win over Arizona State in its latest outing, showing scoring depth that they will need to replicate in this game. Arizona’s win over Houston highlighted its ability to close out high‑pressure Big 12 contests.
Key Players
Baylor Bears
- Cameron Carr – The Bears’ leading scorer at roughly 18.7 points per game and about 5.7 rebounds, Carr’s offensive output is key to keeping Baylor competitive.
- Tounde Yessoufou – Averaging around 18.4 points and contributing defensive pressure with steals, Yessoufou gives Baylor additional scoring punch.
- Obi Agbim – Recent production of 16 points on efficient shooting and clutch threes in Baylor’s win over ASU indicates Agbim’s potential to impact this game if he finds rhythm again.
Arizona Wildcats
- Anthony Dell’Orso – Dell’Orso’s recent performances, including consecutive 22‑point games, have been a spark for Arizona on offense, especially with Koa Peat missing time.
- Tobe Awaka – Arizona’s rebounding machine, contributing around 9.4 boards per game, anchors the Wildcats on the glass and sets up second‑chance opportunities.
- Jaden Bradley – A key playmaker for Arizona, Bradley’s recent scoring and assist contributions help keep the Wildcats’ offense fluid.

Final Thoughts
Arizona is the better team here, but the point spread is big enough to give me pause about betting on them. Instead, I'm going to bet the under here, as Arizona's dynamic offense could be in for a bit of a letdown after two huge wins, while Baylor's offense hasn't been impressive in the least throughout this season.
