JackpotRabbit is a newer sweepstakes casino that’s been getting a decent amount of attention lately. On the surface, it looks like a solid platform with a sizable welcome bonus (3 free SC at sign-up plus a 100% first-purchase match up to 100 SC) and nearly 2,000 total games.
But after spending some time testing the site myself and looking at feedback from other players, I noticed a few things you’ll want to know before giving it a try. In this review, I’ll walk through how JackpotRabbit works, what the experience is like, and how it compares to other social casinos out there.

Author’s Quick Take: Is JackpotRabbit Worth Trying?

– Peyton Powell (Social Casino Expert & iGaming Writer)“JackpotRabbit was the first social casino launched in the U.S. by UTech Solutions, and it’s very similar to the company’s other platforms.
There’s a lot to like here. The site has a solid lineup of slots and live dealer games, live chat support is available, and there’s even a dedicated mobile app for iPhone users.
That said, I do have two main issues with JackpotRabbit, and these are things you won’t run into at most other sweepstakes casinos.
- First, you can’t redeem any prizes until you make a purchase.
- Second, winnings from free SC bonuses are capped at $25, which isn’t explained very clearly up front and tends to catch a lot of players off guard when they try to cash out for the first time.
If neither of those are dealbreakers for you, JackpotRabbit is worth checking out. It’s a legit platform that’s still got a lot going for it.”

How Does JackpotRabbit Work?
JackpotRabbit works pretty much the same way as most social/sweepstakes casinos in the U.S. The only real difference is what the virtual currencies are called. Instead of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, JackpotRabbit uses Game Coins (GC) and Super Coins (SC).

Game Coins are just for fun and can’t be redeemed for prizes, while Super Coins can be used in sweepstakes play and later redeemed for rewards at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00. If you want a deeper explanation of how this type of platform works, you can check out our full guide to social casinos.
JackpotRabbit Casino Promo Code & Welcome Bonuses
I signed up at JackpotRabbit to see what the no-deposit bonus looked like here. After creating my account and completing a few quick verification steps, I received 175,000 Game Coins and 3 Super Coins.
No promo code was needed, and no purchase was required to unlock the JackpotRabbit no-deposit bonus. Once my account was all set up, I was also offered a 100% match on my first Game Coin purchase.
| JackpotRabbit Casino | Bonus Information |
|---|---|
| 🎁 No Deposit Bonus | 175,000 Game Coins + 3.00 Super Coins |
| 💳 First Purchase Bonus | • 2 Million GC for $49.99 + 100 SC Free OR • 1.05 Million GC for $29.99 + 50 SC Free |
| 🏷️ Promo Code | None Needed – Click to Claim |
| 🔁 Playthrough Requirement | 1x |
| 🗓️ Last Verified | June 23, 2026 |
There were two welcome packages to choose from: 2,000,000 Game Coins for $49.99 with 100 free SC included, or 1,050,000 Game Coins for $29.99 with 50 free SC. I went with the lower option, connected my PayPal account, made the purchase, and the coins were added to my balance right away.

Overall, these welcome bonuses are pretty similar to what you’ll find at other social casinos, but they still provide a solid amount of value for new players getting started.
How to Claim the JackpotRabbit No Deposit Bonus
Here’s exactly what I did to get the free bonus at JackpotRabbit.com.
- Created an account and received 125,000 GC.
- Verified my email and got 10,000 GC and 1 SC.
- Verified my phone number for 25,000 GC and 1 SC.
- Completed my profile and received 15,000 GC + 1 SC.
After all that, my balance had a total of 175,000 Game Coins and 3 Super Coins in it. No JackpotRabbit promo codes were needed, and I didn’t have to make a purchase or anything like that.
Ongoing Promotions (Other Ways to Claim Free SC)
After I claimed the welcome bonuses, I noticed there were a decent amount of ongoing promotions I could also take advantage of if I wanted more free Super Coins:
- Daily Login Bonus: It’s a progressive daily login reward that resets every week and automatically gives you bonus spins (each valued at 0.2 SC). You get 2 bonus spins on Day 1, and it goes all the way up to 15 bonus spins on Day 7 if you make it there without missing a day.
- Wheel of Fortune: This is another daily bonus you get. You can spin the “Fortune Wheel” once every day and win up to 4 free Super Coins. I tried it out and won 25K GC + 0.2 SC.
- Piggy Bank: You can “feed the piggy” by playing game in Super Coins mode and buying Game Coin packages. Then, you can break your Piggy Bank anytime to claim the free SC inside of it. The amounts are usually pretty small, but it’s still something.
- Daily Playback: If you lose more Game Coins and Super Coins in a day than you win, JackpotRabbit gives you a portion back the next day. The max reward is 100,000 GC and 100 SC.
- Invite a Friend: Share your referral link, promo code, or QR code with a friend. When they use it to sign up at JackpotRabbit and spend $29.99 or more on Game Coin packages, you both get rewarded. I tried it out: I got 500,000 GC + 20 SC, and my friend got 400,000 GC + 5 SC.

JackpotRabbit Casino Game Library
JackpotRabbit already has a pretty big game library, with 1,900+ options available. And honestly, by the time you’re reading this, there’s probably even more since new games get added every week here.
The platform works with over 20 different software providers, so there’s no shortage of content overall. Most of the lineup is made up of slots. There are a lot of them, and I’ll give JackpotRabbit credit there. You’ll also find a pretty decent selection of live dealer games and fish shooting games.
Here’s a quick look at what all is available in the JackpotRabbit game library.
| Slot Games: | 1,838 |
| Live Dealer Games: | 42 |
| Fishing Games: | 21 (only available on mobile app) |
| Software Providers: | 1spin4win, AvatarUX, Betsoft, BGaming, Booming Games, Desert Rush, Elysium, Evoplay, ICONIC21, JackTop, JILI Games, Mancala, N2, NetGame, Penguin King, Reel Riot, Retro Gaming, Slotmill, Slotopia, Spinomenal, Swintt, Tom Horn Gaming |
| Filtering Options: | All Games, Popular, Providers, New, Hot, Bonus Combo, Live Games, Wild Wild West, Hold’n’Win, Asian, Cascading Slots, Favorites, Fishing, Adventure Games, Bunny Pool, Bonus Buy, Classic Hit, Megaways, Lady Wins, Lucky 7 |
| Our Top Picks: | 1. Luck of Panda: Bonus Combo 2. Clover Potter: Power Coins 3. Dream Diamonds: Hold ‘N’ Link |
Slots
Like I mentioned earlier, slots make up most of the game selection at JackpotRabbit.
I was able to search for specific titles using the search bar, sort games by software provider, and filter everything using the different categories available in the lobby. I saw sections for slots with cascading reels, Hold and Win mechanics, and even one for the “Wild Wild West.”
Most games also list their theoretical RTP in the info section, which I always appreciate. Plus, all of the slots I tested were playable right away. Some sweepstakes casinos will lock certain games until you make a purchase or reach a high-enough VIP tier, but that wasn’t the case here.

Live Dealers
I found all of JackpotRabbit’s live dealer games under the “Live Games” section in the lobby. A lot of JackpotRabbit reviews I’ve read online say the site doesn’t offer any live casino games, so these must have been added pretty recently.
The selection was a little bigger than what I’ve seen at some other social casinos. The games all come from providers like ICONIC21 and JackTop, and there were a lot of different versions of live dealer blackjack and roulette available.
I also saw other popular table games like baccarat and poker, along with some fun options such as Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and The Kickoff.
I played a bunch of the live dealer games and didn’t have any streaming issues. Everything loaded fine for me. The tables also seem to be available 24/7. One day, I tried them out at around midnight EST, and all of the games were still open and playable.

Fishing Games
JackpotRabbit also has a decent selection of fish shooting games. I found them under the “Fishing section” and counted more than a dozen different options. That includes popular titles like Thunder Fishing and Ice & Fire Fishing.
One thing worth mentioning is that these fish games are only available on the mobile app. I couldn’t find them anywhere on the mobile website or desktop site, and trust me, I looked everywhere. Hopefully that’s something JackpotRabbit fixes in the future.

Purchases & Prize Redemptions on JackpotRabbit
JackpotRabbit is a sweepstakes casino, which means you don’t have to deposit any money to play. That said, players always have the option to purchase Game Coins if they ever want to top up their balance.
When you buy Game Coins, Super Coins are added to your balance as well, usually at a 1 SC per $1 rate. Package prices range from $4.99 all the way up to $499.99.

Super Coins are the currency used for prize redemptions at JackpotRabbit. You can exchange SC for gift cards (25 SC minimum) or cash prizes (100 SC minimum), with 1.00 SC equal to $1.00 in prize value.
A 1x playthrough requirement applies, and your account must be fully verified before redeeming. It’s also worth noting that at least one Game Coin purchase is required before identity verification and prize redemptions are unlocked.
Below, I’ve listed the payment options and redemption methods currently available at JackpotRabbit.
Payment Options
| Payment Method 💳 | Minimum GC Purchase ⬇️ | Fees 💰 |
|---|---|---|
| Visa | $4.99 | None |
| Mastercard | $4.99 | None |
| Apple Pay | $4.99 | None |
| PayPal | $4.99 | None |
Redemption Methods
| Redemption Method 🏆 | Minimum SC Needed 💵 |
|---|---|
| Gift Card (via email) | 25.00 SC |
| Cash Prize (via push-to-card) | 100.00 SC |
| Cash Prize (via bank transfer) | 100.00 SC |
Once you meet those minimums, redemption requests are typically processed within about 24 hours. From there, how long it takes to receive your payout depends on the method.
Gift cards are usually delivered shortly after approval, while push-to-card payouts typically take 1-3 business days. Bank transfers can take up to 10 business days.
One thing to be aware of at JackpotRabbit is Award Rule 5.7, which limits how much you can redeem from free Super Coins. This applies to bonuses like the no-deposit offer and daily login rewards.
Winnings from these free SC bonuses are capped at $25, while SC earned through referrals is capped at $50. There is, however, no redemption limit on winnings generated from Super Coins received through Game Coin purchases.
If you want a closer look at how payouts works, I break it down in more detail in my complete guide to JackpotRabbit prize redemptions.
User Experience: Website & Mobile App
JackpotRabbit can be accessed through its website on both desktop and mobile devices. The site has a fairly modern look (which you’d expect from a newer platform), and it’s pretty easy to find your way around after a few minutes.
There’s a menu on the right side of the screen that gives you quick access to sections like the game library, promotions, redemptions, customer support, and account settings. You can also switch between Game Coins and Super Coins mode just by clicking or tapping on your balance at the top of the page.
JackpotRabbit also has a dedicated iOS app, which currently sits at about a 4.1 out of 5 rating in the App Store. There isn’t an Android version yet.

I tested the app on my iPhone while working on this review, and overall it worked pretty well. The layout is almost identical to the website and most games loaded without much delay.
One thing that could definitely be improved is how some features are explained. Promotions and prize redemptions in particular aren’t always very clear at first glance. A short walkthrough for new users would probably help a lot.
Is JackpotRabbit Casino Legit?
JackpotRabbit is a legitimate social casino that uses the same tried-and-true sweepstakes format as dozens of other similar platforms in the U.S. That said, while researching the site, I did come across a few minor red flags that are definitely worth pointing out.
Here’s a quick look at everything I found while reviewing JackpotRabbit.
Sweeps Rules
The first thing I like to check when reviewing a social casino is the platform’s official sweepstakes rules. It took me a bit to find them on JackpotRabbit. They aren’t visible on the site unless you’ve verified your account and made a purchase, so just a heads up there.
Once I was able to access them, the rules looked pretty typical for a sweepstakes casino. The only thing that really stood out was Award Rule 5.7, which I mentioned earlier in this review.
This rule says that winnings from free Super Coins (like those from no-deposit bonuses or daily login rewards) are capped at $25 per account, and anything above that amount is voided.
So for example, if you won a 1,000 SC jackpot from the sign-up bonus, you’d only be able to redeem $25, and the remaining $975 would be voided and removed from your account. That’s a pretty significant restriction and one that most other sweepstakes casinos don’t include in their sweepstakes rules.
Ownership & Company Information
JackpotRabbit is owned and operated by UTech Solutions LLC, a U.S.-based social gaming company. The company lists an office address at 3597 E Monarch Sky Lane, Suite 240, PMB #2940, Meridian, Idaho 83646.
UTech Solutions runs several other sweepstakes casinos as well, including:
- FireSevens
- Mr. Goodwin
- Playtana
- Scarlet Sands
- Sweepico
- SweepShark
- VegasWay
Seeing that a company runs multiple platforms like this is usually a pretty good sign. It suggests they’ve been around the sweepstakes casino space for a while and have experience operating these types of sites.
What Other Players Are Saying About JackpotRabbit
JackpotRabbit currently has a 4.0 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot based on around 3,000 reviews, which is a pretty decent score for a sweepstakes casino. Most of the feedback is positive, with players mentioning things like the game selection, welcome bonus, graphics, payout speed, and customer support.

That said, there are also some negative reviews, which isn’t unusual for sites like this. From what I saw, many of them seem to come from players who didn’t realize their free Super Coin winnings were capped at $25.
One reviewer, for example, said they won 195 Sweeps Coins, but when they tried to redeem, the prize was reduced to $25 because of the rule. I can see how that would be frustrating, especially since the limit isn’t explained very clearly ahead of time.
Legal States & Age Requirement
JackpotRabbit is available in most U.S. states since it runs on a sweepstakes model and doesn’t offer traditional real-money gambling. Because of that, it doesn’t need the same type of licenses that regular online casinos do.
That said, there are still several states where JackpotRabbit doesn’t accept players, including:
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Idaho
- Indiana
- Louisiana
- Michigan
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Rhode Island
- Tennessee
- Washington
- West Virginia
- Wyoming
Players in California can only play with Game Coins, meaning there’s no Super Coins play or prize redemptions. You also need to be 21 years or older to sign up for JackpotRabbit.
Responsible Play Tools
I wasn’t able to find much information about responsible play tools directly on the JackpotRabbit website, which is something you’d normally expect to be easy for players to locate.
That said, when I asked customer support about it, the team told me they can add spending limits to your account. These include daily limits between $5 and $900, weekly limits between $35 and $6,300, and monthly limits starting at $150.
They also said self-exclusion is available if you want to take a break. This can be set up by contacting the support team through live chat.
Customer Support & Help Options
There are two main ways to contact JackpotRabbit’s customer support team: live chat and email at support@jackpotrabbit.com.
I tested the live chat on both the website and mobile app while working on this review. I was connected with a real agent almost right away. My first response came in under a minute, and replies came pretty quick each time after that.

The only downside is that most answers felt like they were copy and pasted. For basic questions, that’s usually fine. But if you need help with something more specific or complicated, JackpotRabbit’s support may not be very helpful.
How Does JackpotRabbit Compare to Other Sweepstakes Casinos?
Now that we’ve covered what JackpotRabbit offers in terms of games, bonuses, payout times, and other key details, the next question is how it compares up against other top social casinos. Below, I’ve put together a quick comparison of sites like JackpotRabbit, so you can how they all stack up.
| 🎰 Casino | 🎁 No Deposit Bonus | 🎮 Game Variety | 💸 Min. Redemption | ⭐ Best for… |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JackpotRabbit | 175K GC + 3 SC | • Slots • Live Dealers • Fishing Games | $25 | Live Chat Support |
| Crown Coins | 100K GC + 2 SC | • Slots • Table Games • Live Dealers • Slingo | $50 | Playing via Mobile App |
| Baba Casino | 500K GC + 2 SC | • Slots • Live Dealers | $50 | Daily Login Bonuses |
| RealPrize Casino | 100K GC + 2 SC | • Slots • Bingo • Table Games • Live Dealers • Instant Win | $45 | VIP Programs & Loyalty Rewards |
JackpotRabbit vs Crown Coins
The biggest advantage Crown Coins Casino has over JackpotRabbit is how free-play winnings are handled. Crown Coins does not cap winnings from welcome offers or ongoing promotions.
For example, let’s say you claim a no-deposit bonus at Crown Coins and hit a 1,000 SC jackpot right away. You can redeem the full amount here. At JackpotRabbit, that same win would be limited to $25 because of Award Rule 5.7.
That redemption cap makes JackpotRabbit’s bonuses a lot less valuable compared to the ones at Crown Coins.
JackpotRabbit vs Baba Casino
One reason you might choose Baba Casino over JackpotRabbit is its VIP program. Unlike JackpotRabbit, Baba actually has a loyalty system in place for regular players.
Baba runs a six-tier VIP program made up of Rising Noble, Jack, Queen, King, Royal Ace, and Emperor. Your level depends on how much SC you’ve wagered so far. Higher tiers come with extra rewards like level-up bonuses, bigger daily login bonuses, monthly and birthday gifts, faster payouts, and VIP hosts.
JackpotRabbit doesn’t currently offer any kind of VIP or loyalty program, so there’s no added benefit for sticking around long-term in the same way.
JackpotRabbit vs RealPrize Casino
The third social casino we’ll look at is RealPrize, and it has a bit of an advantage over JackpotRabbit when it comes to game variety. Both platforms offer plenty of slots and live dealer games, but RealPrize also includes an Instant Win section that JackpotRabbit doesn’t have yet.
That section features games like Gravity Plinko and Plinko Cup, along with a crash game called BSR (Bet Street Racing). JackpotRabbit has mostly just slots and live dealers for now, so RealPrize currently offers more options outside of those two categories.
JackpotRabbit Casino FAQs
JackpotRabbit isn’t a traditional online casino that lets you gamble and win real money directly. However, it does use a sweepstakes model, which allows you to redeem winnings earned in Super Coin (SC) mode for real prizes. Each SC is redeemable at a 1 SC = $1.00 rate, and you can choose between cash or gift card redemptions.
No, JackpotRabbit isn’t licensed or regulated the same way real-money online casinos are. That obviously isn’t ideal, since having a gaming regulator involved adds another layer of oversight and player protection. That said, social casinos aren’t required to be licensed. Because there’s no real-money gambling involved and no deposit is required to play, these sites operate under U.S. sweepstakes rules instead. As long as those rules are followed (things like offering a free way to enter and clearly explaining how the promotion works), platforms like JackpotRabbit are able to operate legally.
The minimum redemption depends on the type of prize you’re claiming. Gift cards start at 25 SC, while cash prizes require at least 100 SC. Since each Super Coin is worth $1 in prize value, that means you’ll need at least $25 or $100 in winnings before you can redeem.
