Yes, you can cash out on JackpotRabbit. It just doesn’t work the same way as a typical real-money casino.
Instead of withdrawing money, you’re redeeming prizes through the site’s sweepstakes model. You’ll be playing with Super Coins (SC)—which are basically the same thing as "Sweeps Coins" on other similar platforms—and those can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00.
Before you can do that though, you’ll need to verify your account, play through SC at least once, and meet the minimum redemption threshold. This setup is pretty standard for sweepstakes casinos, but it’s not always obvious if you’re new to this type of site.
One thing that is a bit different: winnings from free SC promotions are capped at $25 (25 SC) on JackpotRabbit. Most sweepstakes casinos don’t cap bonus winnings at all, so this limit catches a lot of new players off guard.
There are three ways to redeem your Super Coins on JackpotRabbit.
The first option is gift cards through Prizeout, which are sent to the email linked to your account. You’ll find a wide range of brands, including Uber, Starbucks, Amazon, and more.
If you’d rather get a cash prize, you’ve got two options. You can use push-to-card, which sends the money to an eligible debit card, or choose a bank transfer (ACH) to your bank account.
You can use whichever method works best for you, as long as you meet the minimum amount required for it (more on that next).
JackpotRabbit has different minimum redemption thresholds depending on how you choose to cash out.
For gift cards, the minimum is 25 SC, while cash redemptions require at least 100 SC. You won’t be able to use a specific redemption method until your balance meets that requirement.
One thing to keep in mind is that these minimums apply to your redeemable SC balance, not your total Super Coins. In other words, your SC needs to be played through and eligible for redemption before it counts toward these thresholds.
There are a few requirements you’ll need to meet before you can cash out on JackpotRabbit. Some of these are pretty standard for social and sweepstakes casinos, while a few are specific to this platform in particular.
First, you’ll need to verify your account. That involves uploading a valid photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport) along with proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
You’ll also need to make an initial purchase before you can redeem any winnings. KYC verification (and the ability to cash out) doesn’t become available until you’ve done this. The cheapest GC package on JackpotRabbit is currently $4.99.
I found this to be a bit unusual; most social casino sites and apps let you redeem without making a purchase.
Another requirement is playing through your Super Coins at least once. SC from bonuses or purchases start in your “Unplayed” balance. As you use them in games, any winnings move into your “Redeemable” balance, which is what actually counts when you go to cash out.
Finally, you’ll need to meet JackpotRabbit's minimum redemption thresholds (25 SC for gift cards or 100 SC for cash), as we covered in the last section.
There are also a few additional prize redemption rules to keep in mind:
I tested out the redemption process on JackpotRabbit while putting this article together, just to see how (and if) it actually works. Here’s what I did:
In most cases, redemption requests on JackpotRabbit are processed pretty quickly. I asked customer support how long redemptions usually take, and they said requests are typically processed within about 24 hours. After that, how long it takes to actually receive your payout depends on the method:
I tested through the process myself with a push-to-card redemption, and it took a little over 24 hours from submitting the request to the money showing up on my card, which matched up pretty closely with what they told me.
One thing to keep in mind is that your first redemption can take longer, mainly because of the verification step. Completing KYC on its own can take around 24 hours, so that time can get added on before your payout is even processed.
Why can’t I see the “Redeem” option in my account?
If the “Redeem” tab isn’t there yet, it usually means your account isn’t fully set up. On JackpotRabbit, it won’t show up until you’ve completed verification and made your first purchase.
Can you cancel a redemption after submitting it on JackpotRabbit?
In most cases, no. Once a request is submitted, it’s typically processed as-is. If you need to make a change, your best option is to contact support as quickly as possible.
Why isn’t my SC showing as redeemable yet?
Because it hasn’t been played through yet. SC from bonuses or purchases starts as “Unplayed,” and only moves to “Redeemable” after you’ve actually used it in games and won with it.
What’s the fastest way to get paid on JackpotRabbit?
Gift cards tend to be the quickest option, since they’re usually delivered within 24 hours after approval. Push-to-card redemptions take a bit longer (~1-3 business days), and bank transfers are the slowest option (can take up to 10 business days).
