The Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night to put a bow on Wild Card Weekend. This game will be a rematch of the Week 1 matchup all the way back in September. It was the worst game the Cowboys played all season, scoring just three points. Little weight should be put in that early season outcome. Oddsmakers and bettors alike are not in agreement on how this game might play out. The Cowboys are set as -2.5 point favorites with a total of 45.5.

Why Bet The Lamb Over
✅ Over the second half of the season, Ceedee Lamb has quietly been one of the absolute top producers in the league at the wide receiver position. Over the last nine games of the season, Lamb has hit the century mark five times and found his way to the end zone six times. Lamb only failed to top 70 receiving yards in three of those games. Two of which were lopsided scores, and the other was against the rush defense deficient Houston Texans. It should also be noted that in every game Lamb had six or more receptions, he also topped the century mark in receiving yardage.
✅ The Buccaneers defense has its flaws, but those generally do not come with the rushing defense. The Buccaneer defense is much more exploitable through the air, and this should be a matchup in which Lamb shines once again. The Buccaneers have allowed 100 or more receiving yards to their opponent’s top receiver in three consecutive weeks, and this passing offense is a notch above any of those previous opponents.
Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys had the misfortune of being in the wrong division this season, namely in the same division as the Eagles. Their 13 win season did not even earn them a home playoff game. They are favored in this road game, but not by much. It will be interesting to see if the Cowboys are as good as their record suggests as they try to navigate the playoffs.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers earned their playoff spot by winning the NFC South. It is not great feat to win the worst division in the league, so the Buccaneers are the team are perhaps the team with the most pressure. They carried a losing record late in the season. There will need to be a Tom Brady-esque step forward in the postseason if this team is going to make any noise.
