Key Storylines
- The Giants enter on a three-game winning streak after outscoring opponents 17-3 over their last three games.
- The Orioles had a three-game winning streak snapped in the opening game of this series, though their three straight wins came against the lowly Chicago White Sox in the series before this one.

- Baltimore has a 3-4 record at Camden Yards as this Saturday night matchup approaches.
Pitching Matchup
- Logan Webb: 1-1 record, 5.00 ERA, 18.0 innings, 1.39 WHIP

- Bassitt has struggled with command and is allowing baserunners at a high rate.
- Webb offers more stability despite a modest ERA, with better control metrics. But both starters have some room to improve early in the year.

Giants vs Orioles Model Projection
- Score Projection: San Francisco Giants 6 - Baltimore Orioles 3
- Win Probability: San Francisco Giants 64%, Baltimore Orioles 36%
The numbers strongly support San Francisco in this spot. The biggest factor is the gap between the starting pitchers. Chris Bassitt has been hit hard early in the season, carrying a 14.21 ERA and allowing traffic on the bases at an alarming rate. That kind of track record against a lineup that is beginning to string together extra-base hits is a concern for Baltimore.
On the other side, Logan Webb has not been dominant but remains dependable. His ability to limit walks and pitch deeper into games gives the Giants a clear advantage, especially with a bullpen that has performed well during their recent winning run. San Francisco also enters this game with confidence after putting together a complete performance in the series opener. I'll take the Giants to make it two in a row over the Orioles this weekend with a win here.
