The Milwaukee Brewers open a road series in Boston on Monday night, riding one of the strongest starts in baseball, while the Boston Red Sox return home still searching for answers after a rough first week. Early-season form can be volatile, but the gap between these clubs through the opening stretch is hard to ignore. Milwaukee has paired efficient pitching with a deep lineup that is producing runs in bunches, while Boston has struggled to generate consistent offense and has been hit hard on the mound. Here, I break down this Brewers vs Red Sox matchup on the diamond before Monday's action begins.

Brewers vs Red Sox Model Projection
- Score Projection: Milwaukee Brewers 6 - Boston Red Sox 3
- Win Probability: Milwaukee Brewers 64%, Boston Red Sox 36%
There is a clear edge on both sides of the game for Milwaukee in this matchup. The Brewers are getting steady production from multiple hitters, and their ability to create pressure with both contact and power has translated into consistent scoring. Facing a pitcher in Bello who has struggled with command and run prevention only strengthens that outlook. Even if Boston shows slight improvement at the plate, it is difficult to trust them against a starter like Woodruff, who limits traffic and forces hitters into tough counts. I'll take the Brewers to win this game on the road, as they should improve to 8-2 on the young season with a win here.
