The Atlanta Dream will host the LA Sparks in WNBA action on Monday night. This game has huge playoff implications for both sides, with the Dream currently in sixth place in the standings, while the Sparks are outside the top 8 by one game. Injuries will play a huge role here, with Kelsey Plum and Cameron Brink out for LA, while Angel Reese is questionable for the Dream. Before tip-off from Georgia, continue reading to get my Sparks vs Dream prediction in the W.
I would urge bettors to take a wait-and-see approach when betting this game, especially as it pertains to the injury report. Angel Reese is listed as questionable for this contest, and an absence for her would completely change the way the Dream rebound the basketball. Atlanta has been without Brionna Jones on the interior as well, so losing Reese would be a devastating blow in this contest.
Our projections are based on Reese taking part in this contest. As a result, bettors may want to wait to find out that she is definitely going to play before they place any wagers. But for now, the Dream is our top play in the betting markets for this one.

Allisha Gray is one of the most reliable scorers in the WNBA and one of the most underrated players in the league. She has been in a bit of a shooting slump of late for Atlanta, but this is a perfect chance for her to break out of it, as she takes on a Sparks team with the second-worst defensive rating in the WNBA. We will also lay the points with the Dream in this game, while taking LA's Nneka Ogwumike to record a double-double, as she will need to have a big game for the Sparks to compete here.
There are two names on the injury report for each team going into this matchup. Kelsey Plum is out with a lower leg injury for at least two more weeks for LA, while Cameron Brink is out with an ankle injury and could return later in the week. Brionna Jones is questionable for this game for Atlanta, as she could return from her knee injury, while Angel Reese is questionable with a leg injury.
