Sunday's Elite Eight showdown between Duke and UConn is one of the most anticipated matchups of the 2026 NCAA Tournament. And there's a Caesars Sportsbook promo built just for the occasion. Here's everything you need to know before tip-off on Sunday afternoon, as new Caesars customers can turn a $1 bet into doubled-up winnings for their next 10 sportsbook wagers.
New customers who sign up at Caesars Sportsbook using the Claim Bonus button on this page, and place a qualifying wager of just $1 on UConn vs Duke, will receive 10 100% Profit Boost Tokens, which effectively double their potential winnings on their next 10 bets. The promotion runs is available to new customers who are 21 years of age or older and are physically located in an eligible state.
Many sportsbooks tie their welcome bonuses to losing your first bet, meaning you need a bad outcome before any benefit kicks in. At Caesars, there's no such condition. Win or lose your first $1 wager, the 10 Profit Boost Tokens are yours. Minimum odds of -10000 apply on the qualifying bet, the tokens expire 14 days after being awarded, each boost is single-use, and they cannot be combined with other bonus bet promotions.
Getting started with Caesars Sportsbook is a simple process that takes only a few minutes, so you can be ready to bet well before Sunday's tip-off.
First, use your initial $1 qualifying wager on a low-risk, high-probability market. This activates your profit boost tokens. From there, think selectively about where to deploy your 10 boosts. Each token doubles your winnings on wagers up to $25, meaning if you bet $25 on UConn at +180, for example, your profit on a win would jump to $90 instead of $45. That's a meaningful difference, and it's exactly the kind of value you want to extract from an underdog bet in an uncertain Elite Eight matchup.
You may want to consider spreading your 10 tokens across upcoming NBA and NHL games where Caesars is offering competitive lines as well. Caesars is recognized for some of the sharpest NBA point spread odds in the industry, and bettors frequently report getting a half-point edge compared to other platforms. That edge, combined with a 100% profit boost on up to $25 per wager, compounds quickly over a full slate of games.
