If you'd like to sign up and log in to High 5 Casino, follow the six steps provided below.
First, visit the High 5 Casino website using the web browser on your smartphone, tablet, or another device of your choice. Or, if you'd prefer, you may download the High 5 Casino mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Once you reach the site or open the app, tap "Claim" or "Sign Up!" to begin creating your account.
You'll then have a decision to make. You can sign up using one of the following: your Apple ID, Google account, Facebook Account, or email address. Choose your preferred option and continue to the next part of the sign-up process.
Next, you'll first need to provide some information about yourself. This includes your first name, last name, and date of birth. Then, read through the platform's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, check the box, and tap "Next" to proceed.
On the next page, you'll need to provide your street address, city, state, country, and zip code. User data is collected and processed in accordance with the platformâs privacy policy. Once you're done, tap "Submit" to finish creating your account.
Now, it's time to verify your account. To do this, you'll need to provide your phone number and then enter the six-digit code delivered to you via text message.
After that, you may want to go ahead and verify your age and identity. This step can be done now or at a later date; however, it must be completed before you'll be eligible to cash out winnings and make any redemptions on High 5 Casino.
To confirm your age and identity, you'll need to open up the sidebar menu and tap "Account Verification."
Then, you'll need to upload a picture of your valid, government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID card, passport, etc.), take a selfie using your device's camera, and provide proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement) that was issued within the last 3 months.
Once you've completed these steps, your High 5 Casino account will be fully verified.
After you've finished signing up and verifying your account, you will automatically receive 400 Game Coins, 3 Sweeps Coins, and 300 Diamonds through the High 5 Casino no deposit bonus.
As the name suggests, this welcome offer is completely free to claim, meaning you won't have to make a payment of any kind.
If, however, you'd like to add some additional coins to your bankroll, then High 5 Casino allows you to purchase Game Coin packages, which typically include free Sweeps Coins as an added bonus.
To make a purchase, first tap the green "BUY" button at the top of your screen. Then, choose the coin package that works best for you. Finally, select your preferred method of payment and confirm the transaction.
After registration and verification, the account can be used to access the available games. Use your coins to play any of the High 5 casino slots and other games offered.
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes or digital gift cards, subject to verification and the platformâs terms and conditions.
High 5 Casino provides a sign-up bonus for all newly registered users. Eligible accounts may receive Game Coins, Sweeps Coins, and Diamonds as part of the welcome offer.
Anyone who signs up today will receive 400 Game Coins, 3 Sweeps Coins, and 300 Diamonds for free. No purchase is required to receive the sign-up bonus.

To be eligible to sign up and create an account at High 5 Casino, there are two key requirements that you must meet:
As long as you meet these requirements, you are eligible to create an account at High 5 Casino.
Do you still have some questions about the account verification process at High 5 Casino? Below is an overview of the High 5 Casino account verification process:
To verify your High 5 Casino account, you must:
Once you have completed all three of the requirements listed above, your High 5 Casino account will be fully verified and you'll be eligible to redeem your Sweeps Coins for real cash prizes and digital gift cards to all your favorite brands and retailers.
Also, High 5 Casino employs advanced encryption and security measures to safeguard your data and ensure a secure gaming environment.
Your uploaded documents and sensitive information are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are only used for the purpose of verifying your account in compliance with regulatory standards.
If you're ready to upload verification documents on High 5 Casino, you'll need to go to the Profile icon ("My Hub") in the top right corner of your screen and tap "Account Verification."
Then, make sure you have all the required documents ready and tap "Continue" to proceed. You'll then have the opportunity to take or upload a picture of your driver's license or state-issued ID as well as your proof of residency document (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
Lastly, you'll need to take a selfie using your device's camera so that High 5 Casino can confirm that your face matches what's on your identification document.
After you've uploaded your identification documents and provided proof of address, the High 5 Casino team will manually review your documents and process your verification request.
Typically, the verification process at High 5 Casino takes approximately 2 to 3 business days. However, the exact timeframe may vary depending on the volume of verification requests and other factors.
If you have any other questions, additional information is available in the High 5 Casino Help Center. Here, the platform provides additional information and frequently asked questions.
Even though the High 5 Casino sign-up process is pretty straightforward overall, users do occasionally run into issues with geolocation settings, password resets, or account verification. Fortunately, most of these problems are fairly easy to fix once you know whatâs causing them.
Below are some of the most common High 5 Casino login and verification issues I came across while testing and researching the platform.
High 5 Casino uses geolocation to confirm that youâre physically located in an eligible U.S. state. If location access is blocked or turned off, parts of the site or app may stop working properly.
One surprisingly common issue is accidentally denying location permissions the first time the app or website asks for access. If that happens, youâll usually need to manually turn location permissions back on through your device or browser settings.
It can also help to:
As we mentioned in the last section, most verification requests are reviewed within a few business days, but delays can happen if your uploaded documents are blurry, expired, or donât match the information on your account.
For example, the name and address on your ID should match the details you entered during registration. Proof of address documents also generally need to be recent.
In a lot of cases, verification delays come down to something small, like a blurry photo or a document that cuts off part of the address.
If you forgot your password, click the âForgot Password?â link on the login page and enter the email address connected to your account.
If the reset email doesnât show up right away:
Password reset links can expire, so using the newest email usually fixes the issue.
Some iPhone and iPad users may see Appleâs âAge Range for Appsâ prompt when opening High 5 Casino.
If you previously selected âDonât Allowâ when Apple asked to share your age range, the app may temporarily block access until that setting is updated in your iOS preferences.
Apple only shares an age bracket (such as 18+) rather than your exact birthdate, but the setting still needs to be enabled for the app to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
To download the High 5 Casino app to your mobile device, you'll need to complete these five steps.
To create a High 5 Casino account, visit the official website or download the mobile app, then tap âSign Up.â You can register using your email address, Apple ID, Google account, or Facebook account.
During sign-up, High 5 Casino asks for basic information like your name, date of birth, email address, and home address. Players who want to redeem Sweeps Coin prizes will also need to complete identity verification later on.
Yes. You must be at least 21 years old, or meet the minimum legal age requirement in your state or jurisdiction, to create a High 5 Casino account.
Creating an account usually only takes a few minutes. However, completing identity verification can take longer depending on how quickly your documents are reviewed by the High 5 Casino team.
