The Golden Knights (27-16-14) lead the Pacific but have been vulnerable on the road. They look to recapture the form that saw them beat the Kings 4-1 on February 5. Meanwhile, the Kings (23-19-14) enter on a three-game skid but hope the arrival of Panarin fixes a power play that has sputtered at a measly 16% conversion rate.
Adin Hill is the projected starter for Vegas, coming off a strong pre-break performance. The Kings will counter with Darcy Kuemper, who has been a workhorse this season with a 2.59 GAA. If the game remains tight, Kuemper's fresh legs following the break could be the advantage LA needs.
