The Oklahoma City Thunder (35‑7) are set to visit the Miami Heat (21‑20) on Saturday night at Kaseya Center in Miami. The Thunder are the leaders of the Western Conference and come in on a five‑game winning streak after a convincing 111‑91 road victory over the Rockets. The Heat have been streaky, recently snapping a three‑game slide with a strong performance from Bam Adebayo in a win over the Suns. Key Storylines
- The Thunder have been firing on all cylinders recently, owning a five‑game winning streak with a potent blend of offense and defense. In their latest win, OKC’s balanced attack featured a 20+ point outing by Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander, whose streak now exceeds 100 consecutive games with 20 or more points. Chet Holmgren has been a force inside with blocks and offensive efficiency while the bench continues to play impactful minutes.
- The Heat enter this game with poor results over their last five outings, going just 1‑4 in that span. However, they did get a big performance from Adebayo, who scored 29 and pulled down nine rebounds in a win over the Suns. Miami’s offense is led by Norman Powell, averaging near 24 points per game, and Tyler Herro’s availability remains questionable heading into Saturday, which could significantly affect Miami’s scoring. Davion Mitchell and Jaime Jaquez Jr. are also listed as out, further thinning Miami’s rotation.
- OKC is without Isaiah Hartenstein and Nikola Topic (out for the season). The absence of Hartenstein is an interesting one for OKC in this game, as they will have to rely more on players like Kenrich Williams to disrupt Adebayo in moments when Holmgren isn't on the floor to try and use his length to prevent Adebayo from getting into a rhythm.

Final Thoughts
The Thunder hold a significant edge in talent, consistency, and recent form. But I'm not keen on laying double-digits with a huge road favorite either. I'll take the points with Miami in this matchup, as they should be able to do just enough to hang around on their home floor tonight.
