Lakers vs Rockets Game 6 Model Projection
- Score Projection: Los Angeles Lakers 101 - Houston Rockets 106
- Win Probability: Los Angeles Lakers 41%, Houston Rockets 59%
Houston’s recent surge is rooted in its defense and improved shot selection. Holding the Lakers under 100 points in Games 4 and 5 highlighted their ability to slow down the pace and limit easy looks. The absence of Kevin Durant has forced Houston to have a more balanced attack, and that has paid off with multiple players stepping up. The Lakers have LeBron James in their corner, but Houston is starting to turn the tide, and I'll take the Rockets to win and cover the spread to force a Game 7.
