The featherweight main event on March 21 delivers a rare meeting between two undefeated contenders when Movsar Evloev faces Lerone Murphy in London. The clash headlines a UFC Fight Night card that may determine the next title challenger at 145 pounds. From a betting perspective, the bout presents a fascinating contrast. Evloev enters as a clear favorite based on elite wrestling control and a spotless record inside the promotion. Murphy, meanwhile, offers finishing ability, striking volume, and the boost of fighting on home soil. Bettors must weigh whether Evloev’s control-heavy style can dominate another contender or if Murphy’s striking and crowd energy produce an upset.
Market | Line |
|---|---|
Moneyline | Evloev -278 | Murphy +225 |
Rounds Over Under | Over 4.5 -160 | Under 4.5 +130 |
Key Method Props | Evloev by Decision +110 | Murphy by KO/TKO +350 |
This will be the first meeting between the two unbeaten contenders. Their combined undefeated records add intrigue, with both fighters entering the bout on lengthy winning runs (10 for Murphy, 9 for Evloev in the UFC).
Evloev has built a reputation for going to the scorecards. Every one of his UFC wins has ended by decision, making "to go the distance" one of the most popular bets in his matchups.
Murphy has shown value as an underdog in past appearances. He has won multiple fights when sportsbooks priced him as the outsider, most notably in his recent first-round stoppage of the highly touted Aaron Pico.
Home crowd influence may also factor into judging during close rounds. Murphy fights in England with significant support at the O2, while Evloev looks to spoil the party as the visiting favorite.
Totals betting strongly favors longer fights in Evloev bouts. His style centers on elite chain-wrestling rather than explosive finishes, which pushes many fights deep into the final rounds.

|---|---|
Movsar Evloev | Win by Decision around +110 |
Lerone Murphy | Win by KO/TKO around +350 |
Both | Fight goes the distance around -150 |
This featherweight headliner presents a classic contrast. Murphy brings sharper striking output, significant finishing momentum following his win over Pico, and strong crowd support inside the O2 Arena. Evloev counters with grinding control, disciplined pacing, and one of the highest takedown averages in the UFC. Over five rounds, his ability to chain-wrestle often nullifies high-volume strikers.
From a betting standpoint, the most consistent angle centers on fight duration and Evloev's control time. While Murphy’s 54% takedown defense is a concern against a wrestler who averages over 4 takedowns per fight, his striking remains elite. Watch the weigh-ins and late fight week updates for any signs of a difficult weight cut. If both fighters arrive healthy, the projection favors Evloev controlling enough rounds to secure a decision victory, though Murphy's knockout power remains a live threat throughout the championship minutes.
