The Army Black Knights and Navy Midshipmen will renew their historic rivalry on Saturday in the 126th edition of the Army–Navy Game. With the regular-season finale for both teams set for M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore and the coveted Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy on the line, the stakes are high. Navy arrives with a 9–2 record and one of the most dangerous rushing attacks in the nation, while Army is 6–5 mark and has a chance at redemption after last year’s loss. Before kickoff from Baltimore, continue reading to get my Army vs Navy prediction.
Matchup: | Army Black Knights vs Navy Midshipmen |
Date & Time: | Saturday, December 13, 2025, 3:00 PM ET |
Venue: | M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, MD |
Broadcast: | CBS |
For Navy, senior quarterback Blake Horvath remains the engine driving their potent offense. On the season, he has thrown for 1,390 yards, 9 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions. More importantly, Horvath is a major threat on the ground. His rushing numbers this season include 1,040 yards and 14 touchdowns. That ability to attack on the ground or through the air makes him tough to stop.
Army’s offense leans heavily on the run and clock control, with Cale Hellums leading them from the quarterback position. Hellums has over 1,000 rushing yards this season and 15 touchdowns on the ground. He will need to be great on the ground for the Black Knights to have a shot here.
Score Projection: Army 17 – Navy 24
Win Probability: Army 35%, Navy 65%
All signs point toward Navy closing out their regular season with a win and claiming the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy once again. With a dominant rushing attack led by Blake Horvath and a disciplined defense ready to challenge Army’s run-heavy approach, the Midshipmen are likely to win and cover the spread as far as I'm concerned.
