Vivaro.us Casino Review 2026: My Experience & Honest Ratings
Updated August 18, 2026
Updated August 18, 2026
Since its launch in October 2024, Vivaro.us Casino has been turning heads in the sweepstakes gaming industry, and I couldn’t resist checking it out for myself. This new platform offers a mix of free casino games, redeemable prizes, and a user-friendly design that’s perfect for both newbies and experienced players. With a no-deposit bonus of 20,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins just for signing up, Vivaro.us definitely knows how to grab attention.
As someone who’s reviewed dozens of online gaming platforms, I’m here to give you an honest take. In this Vivaro Casino review, I’ll walk you through the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between, from the game selection and bonus offers to the security and support. If you’re thinking about giving Vivaro.us a try, stick around—I’ve got all the details you need to make an informed decision.
– Peyton Powell (Casino Editor at ATS.io)"After spending some time exploring everything Vivaro.us Casino has to offer, I’ve got a good feel for the platform.
There are definitely some great perks, like free coins every day through the Tik-Tak Daily Login Reward, exciting live dealer games, and around-the-clock support via live chat.
But, like any site, Vivaro has a few downsides. It's available in fewer U.S. states than many other social casinos, the game selection is a bit smaller, and the 100 SC minimum for cash prize redemptions feels a little steep.
Despite these drawbacks, Vivaro Casino still offers a solid experience overall, especially for those who enjoy online gaming."

In addition, like many other social gaming platforms, Vivaro Casino gives players a chance to win real cash prizes through promotional sweepstakes contests.

Vivaro works the same way as Chumba, Pulsz, and other popular U.S. sweepstakes casinos. Instead of having players wager real money, the site uses a dual-currency model that includes Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
Gold Coins are used to play games for fun, while Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for real cash prizes. Also, it's worth noting that Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly; however, you can buy Gold Cold Coins at any time and free SC will be awarded as a complimentary bonus.
I've claimed free Sweeps Coins at hundreds of U.S. social casinos. As a result, I have a pretty good idea of what separates a great bonus from an average one.
While Vivaro.us Casino’s no-deposit offer of 20,000 Gold Coins and 2 FREE Sweeps Coins won’t blow you away, it’s a solid way to get started without spending a dime.

Plus, claiming the welcome offer was super easy and took me just a few minutes, so no complaints there.
What sets Vivaro.us apart, though, is the variety of promotions for existing players. For example, the daily bonus spin on the Tik-Tak Wheel is pretty nice, giving you a shot at winning up to 50,000 Gold Coins and 50 Sweeps Coins every day.
On top of that, their multi-tier VIP Program (with ranks like Beginner, Pro, Master, Legend, and God) offers some great incentives as you climb the levels by earning experience points. Add in referral bonuses and a 10% daily rakeback, and you’ve got a platform that rewards loyalty in all the right ways.
When it comes to buying coins and redeeming prizes, Vivaro.us Casino does a pretty decent job.
Purchasing Gold Coins is straightforward—you can use a debit or credit card, and the coins are typically added to your balance instantly or within a minute or two at most. It’s fast and seamless, which is exactly what you want.
For prize redemptions, Vivaro gives you two solid options: a Prizeout Gift Card (minimum $20) or an Online Bank Transfer (minimum $100). The flexibility here is great, especially since the gift card option lets you redeem smaller prize amounts.
Vivaro has also hinted at adding a cryptocurrency prize redemption option soon, which is an exciting feature to watch for if you’re into crypto.
In terms of payout speed, Vivaro.us processes most redemption requests within five business days. While this is pretty standard for social casinos and sweepstakes sites, it’s not exactly lightning-fast. Still, it gets the job done and doesn’t leave you waiting too long.

Vivaro doesn’t offer a dedicated mobile app on the App Store or Google Play Store, which is pretty common for social casinos.
However, you can still access the site easily through your mobile browser, and I decided to give it a try on my iPhone. I was honestly impressed. The site is well-organized, super easy to use, and loaded quickly, which made for a smooth experience.
One thing I liked was the sidebar menu on the left, which lets you quickly jump between categories of games like "Video Slots," "Live Dealer," and "Crash Games."
There’s also a search bar, so you can easily find specific games or providers. Adding games to your "Favorites" is as simple as clicking a star, which is a nice touch if you want to keep track of your favorites.
Overall, the mobile site works really well, and I don’t have many complaints. If I had to nitpick, I’d say navigating the desktop version is a bit easier since it feels less cluttered and has more space to move around.
For the mobile experience, Vivaro gets a 4/5 rating. While there’s always room for improvement, it definitely provides a smooth, user-friendly experience that makes it easy to enjoy the sweepstakes casino on the go.

"The gameplay on Vivaro US is super smooth, and I haven’t run into any issues. There are plenty of slots, and most of them are exclusive to the platform. Never seen them anywhere else. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever I need them."
- Alex P. (5/5 Star Rating on Trustpilot)
"I don’t usually leave reviews, but Vivaro.us deserves a shoutout. I mean, I’ve played on a bunch of casino sites where payouts are like pulling teeth. Here? Smooth sailing. Add in some fun slots and great live dealers, and you’ve got a casino that actually respects its players. Big win for me!"
- Ava (5/5 Star Rating on Trustpilot)
"Amazing! I play a lot of sites like this, and I wasn't sure at first. New types of games (I've) never seen before...but after playing for a while, I must say they are indeed amazing. I verified, redeemed, and got my winnings on the same day. The customer support is really fast and is very helpful...which, if you play sites like this, you know how rare that is!"
- Nick (4/5 Star Rating on Trustpilot)
Vivaro offers over 400 casino-style games from a range of providers and software developers, including Hacksaw, PopOK Gaming, BetConstruct, Endorphina, CreedRoomz, Rogue, and Pascal Gaming.
While some of these providers might not be household names, I did my research, and all of them are licensed and have solid reputations in the industry. So, you’re in good hands when it comes to game quality and fairness.
The majority of games at Vivaro fall under the "Video Slots" category, where you’ll find a broad mix of sweepstakes slot games with varying themes, volatility, and gameplay mechanics.
I love that each game’s RTP is easy to find—just tap the “i” button for quick access. If you’re looking for recommendations, I’m a fan of Cows & UFOs, Temple of Ra, and Raging Wings, but there’s plenty more to explore.
In addition to slots, Vivaro also offers a nice selection of live dealer games powered by CreedRoomz. You can play different versions of blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, along with other fun games like Sic Bo and Teen Patti.
If you’re in the mood for something a bit different, the "Crash Games" section has about six exciting options, and there are an additional 30 or so specialty games in the "Other Games" section. This includes scratch cards, Dice, Limbo, and more.
Vivaro.us Casino is a legitimate online social casino that operates on a "freemium" model, meaning you can play for free (i.e., in-game purchases are optional), and gives you a chance to win real cash prizes through sweepstakes-style promotions.
It’s not a traditional gambling site where you wager real money, but it still offers the chance to win cash prizes and gift cards. So, is Vivaro safe and trustworthy? Let’s take a closer look.
No, Vivaro.us Casino isn’t licensed by traditional gambling authorities. Since it’s a free-to-play platform, it doesn’t require a real-money gambling license.
That said, Vivaro operates legally by following U.S. sweepstakes rules and regulations. It’s committed to industry best practices, so while it’s not licensed in the usual way, it’s still a legitimate platform for online entertainment and sweepstakes gaming.
Vivaro.us is owned and operated by SWS Operations, Inc., a relatively new company based in Glendale, California. Not much public information is available about SWS Operations, but it’s important to note that they are legally registered in California and comply with U.S. sweepstakes regulations.
Vivaro.us Casino is legal in 34 out of the 50 U.S. states, making it accessible to a large portion of the country. However, it is not available in certain states, including:
To play at Vivaro.us, you must be at least 21 years old, a legal resident of one of the eligible states, and not physically located in one of the prohibited regions.
After conducting a thorough review and extensive research on the platform, I can confidently say that Vivaro goes above and beyond to ensure player safety and game fairness. Here’s how they do it:
Vivaro.us Casino offers a couple of easy ways to get in touch with their support team: email and live chat. If you need help, you can always email them at support@vivaro.us, but for quicker responses, I found live chat to be the most efficient.
When you start a live chat, you’ll first be connected to a chatbot, which can answer common questions about payments, prize redemptions, gameplay, bonuses, and other general topics. If the chatbot can’t solve your problem, you can easily get transferred to a real support agent.
During my Vivaro.us review, I used the live chat feature and quickly connected with Luna, a friendly support agent. I didn’t have to wait long at all—she joined the chat in under a minute—and was super helpful in answering my questions.
All in all, Vivaro’s customer support is fast, friendly, and reliable. I didn’t run into any big problems, but I feel pretty confident that if anything came up, the team would be quick to sort it out.
Wondering how Vivaro.us stacks up against the competition? Well, I've got some good news: you're about to find out! Here's a quick breakdown of how the site compares to other popular sweepstakes casinos in the United States today:
First, when it comes to experience, Chumba Casino definitely holds the upper hand. After all, it has been around for over a decade and is one of the most trusted names in social gaming. This long-standing reputation gives Chumba a solid edge in terms of trust and reliability.
However, Vivaro.us offers something different with its immersive live dealer games—something Chumba doesn’t provide. So, if you’re someone who enjoys the interaction of real dealers and the excitement of live casino play, Vivaro may be worth a closer look.
Next, Sportzino has a unique advantage in that it combines traditional sweepstakes casino games with social sports betting. You can make predictions on various sports and leagues to win real cash prizes, which makes it stand out from the competition.
On the other hand, Vivaro excels in customer service, offering 24/7 live chat support—something Sportzino lacks. While Sportzino’s social sports betting is a cool feature, Vivaro’s focus on accessible support could be a deciding factor for players who value quick and efficient help when they need it.
Lastly, Tao Fortune Casino brings a very unique experience to the table with its arcade-style fish shooting games, which are only available at a small number of sweepstakes casinos. This makes it a great option for players looking for something different.
However, Vivaro has its own strengths. For instance, it has just a 20 SC minimum for gift card redemptions, which is lower than what many other casinos require, making it easier to cash out smaller prizes.
Ultimately, both Tao Fortune and Vivaro Casino have a lot to offer...and it seems pretty clear that you can't go wrong with either option!
After giving Vivaro.us Casino a thorough review, I’ve rated it 3.8 out of 5.0. There are definitely some positives that stood out to me, like the wide range of games available, including slots, live dealer games, and even crash games.
I also appreciate the 20 SC minimum for prize redemptions if you choose the gift card option—much lower than some other platforms. Plus, the website is clean and user-friendly, which made navigating the site easy and enjoyable.
On the downside, Vivaro doesn’t offer a mobile app for iOS or Android, which is a bit of a letdown, especially for those who like to game on the go. The banking options are also somewhat limited, and since the site is relatively new, it doesn’t have the same long track record as other social casinos.
Ultimately, whether Vivaro Casino is the right fit for you is up to you. You can give it a try for free today and see if it suits your style, or you might want to check out some other popular sweeps cash casinos that could offer a better experience. The choice is yours!
