Below, we break down Jackpot Go redemptions, including payout times, step-by-step instructions, and all the requirements you’ll need to meet to cash out without any unexpected delays.
Jackpot Go doesn’t operate like a traditional online casino when it comes to withdrawals. Instead of cashing out directly, you’re redeeming Sweeps Coins for prizes.
Like most U.S. sweepstakes casinos, Jackpot Go uses a dual-currency system. Gold Coins (GC) are for standard gameplay, while Sweeps Coins (SC) are what you can redeem for real prizes. In most cases, 1 SC is equal to $1 in prize value.
Before you can redeem, you’ll need to meet a few requirements. These include completing the playthrough requirement, reaching the minimum redemption threshold, and verifying your account. If you want a full overview of the platform, check out our Jackpot Go review.
Jackpot Go keeps things pretty simple when it comes to redeeming Sweeps Coins. You’ll typically have two main options: gift cards or cash prizes.
One option is redeeming your Sweeps Coins for digital gift cards through Jackpot Go’s reward partners. These usually include well-known brands like Amazon, Walmart, and Starbucks, and are delivered directly to your email.
Gift cards tend to have a lower minimum redemption amount than cash prizes, making them a good option if you’re working with a smaller balance.
If you prefer real money, you can redeem Sweeps Coins for a cash prize. These are typically paid out via bank transfer to a verified account in your name.
Cash redemptions usually require a higher minimum balance, and Jackpot Go does not currently support crypto or popular e-wallets like PayPal or Venmo. Most payouts are handled through standard ACH transfers.
Jackpot Go payouts are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days, although timing can vary depending on your account status and redemption method.
The main factors that affect payout speed include:
In most cases, once your account is fully verified, payouts are relatively smooth and consistent.
Before redeeming your Sweeps Coins, there are a few key rules to keep in mind. These are fairly standard across sweepstakes casinos but can still cause delays if you’re not aware of them.
You’ll need to reach the minimum redemption threshold before submitting a request.
If your balance is below these amounts, you won’t be able to redeem your Sweeps Coins.
Jackpot Go applies a 1x playthrough requirement on Sweeps Coins. This means you need to play through your SC at least once before they become eligible for redemption.
Your account will typically show your progress, separating unplayed and redeemable Sweeps Coins so you can easily track what’s available to cash out.
Jackpot Go may apply daily or per-request limits on redemptions, depending on your account status and location. These limits are usually high enough for most players but may still affect larger cashouts.
Before your first redemption, you’ll need to verify your identity. This typically includes uploading a government-issued ID and proof of address. In some cases, additional verification may be required for payment methods.
If your account remains inactive for an extended period, your Sweeps Coins may expire. Logging in and playing occasionally can help keep your balance active.
