The Philadelphia Flyers will take on the Colorado Avalanche on Friday night in a game that brings together two clubs in playoff contention as the season nears its Olympic break. Philadelphia has leaned on sheer effort to stay competitive in the Eastern Conference race, while Colorado continues to operate as one of the league’s most dangerous teams. Here, I've broken down the action on the ice and you will find my Flyers vs Avalanche prediction below.
Pick: | Avalanche -1.5 ATS PRO |
Confidence: | 3/5 |
Score Projection: Philadelphia 2 – Colorado 4 ATS PRO
Win Probability: Philadelphia 36%, Colorado 64% ATS PRO
My best bet for this game is for the Colorado Avalanche to win and cover the puckline as a favorite at home. The Avs have been struggling relative to their usual standards of late. But they should turn things around against a Flyers team with a losing record on the road this season. Prop bettors may want to look at MacKinnon to record a multi-point game, while full-game bettors should lay the puckline with Colorado at home.
