- Confidence: ★★★☆☆
Game Snapshot
- Matchup: Minnesota Wild vs Philadelphia Flyers

Key Storylines
- Recent Form: The Wild have lost three of their last five games, including a 5-1 defeat to the Capitals in their last game. Minnesota has dropped two games in a row on the road and they have been outscored 10-3 in those two games. The Flyers have lost three of their first four games and are coming off a 5-2 loss to the Winnipeg Jets.
- Goaltending: Filip Gustavsson of the Wild has a .888 save percentage and a 3.56 GAA. He is 1-3 for the season and the Wild need him to be better at stopping shots in order for Minnesota to start winning games. The Flyers' Samuel Ersson has an .849 save percentage and a 3.88 GAA. He is still looking for his first win of the season in net.
- Key Skaters: Kirill Kaprizov leads the Wild with 9 points (4 goals, 5 assists). He needs to make plays and set up scoring chances for his teammates for Minnesota to snap its losing streak. Sean Couturier leads the Flyers with 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists). He could use some help from some other players to help the Flyers turn their season around.

Final Thoughts
Both of these teams are struggling early in the season but one of them has to get a win tonight. I'll take the Flyers to get the job done at home in this contest, but I don't feel particularly confident in backing either one of these teams to win a hockey game right now.
