The New York Knicks travel to face the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday in a key Eastern Conference showdown with playoff positioning at stake in the NBA. Both teams enter the night in strong form, separated by just a game in the standings, and the winner of this game will be in third place in the Eastern Conference standings. Before tip-off from Northeast Ohio, I've got you covered with my Knicks vs Cavaliers prediction right here.
Pick: Cavaliers -4.5 ATS PRO
Confidence: 3.5 out of 5
Cleveland enters this contest looking to bounce back after dropping their last outing on Sunday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. That loss snapped a winning streak for Cleveland, despite the fact that the Thunder were without MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams.
The Knicks have won two straight games, getting a comeback win at home over the Houston Rockets before taking down the Chicago Bulls on the road. New York is just 14-13 on the road this season and have been a much better team at Madison Square Garden, making this a huge road test for them.

Score Projection: Knicks 108 – Cavaliers 116 ATS PRO
Win Probability: Knicks 44%, Cavaliers 56% ATS PRO
This matchup features two playoff-caliber teams with proven scorers all over the floor. Cleveland’s slight edge in shooting efficiency and its home-court advantage gives it the advantage, especially with Mitchell and Harden combining for consistent perimeter production. While Brunson is capable of taking over late, the Cavaliers’ rim protection should help them to win this game and cover the spread as a favorite in The Land.
