Key Storylines
- Cleveland is without Darius Garland, Jaylon Tyson, and Max Strus, limiting their perimeter depth and secondary playmaking around Donovan Mitchell.
- Milwaukee is missing Kevin Porter Jr. and Taurean Prince. Although Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as probable, concern lingers over his knee.
- The Bucks are in their third game in four nights, raising fatigue concerns across their main rotation.
- The Cavaliers are enjoying a homestand and are 5-2 on their home floor this season.
- Donovan Mitchell has been carrying the offense for the Cavs while some of their other key contributors get healthy. Mitchell is averaging 30.4 points per game on the year and he will attempt to make up for Garland’s absence.
- These teams are separated by one game in the Central Division standings. Games like this could have a huge impact on playoff seeding later in the season.

Final Thoughts
Both of these teams are banged up, but I think the Cavs have the best chance to overcome their injuries. Cleveland has the size and length to at least disrupt Giannis Antetokounmpo occasionally. And the Bucks don’t have an answer for Donovan Mitchell at this point in time. I’ll lay the points with the Cavaliers at home here, as they should run away with this one in the second half.
