The New York Knicks return home Tuesday night with a clear edge on paper as they host the struggling Indiana Pacers. New York continues to hold one of the top positions in the Eastern Conference, while Indiana has endured a difficult season marked by injuries and extended losing streaks. With playoff positioning becoming more important for the Knicks and draft positioning being a factor for the Pacers, this Pacers vs Knicks game is a huge chance for the Knicks, but also another chance for the Pacers to shock the Knicks at MSG.
Game Snapshot

Key Storylines
- New York enters with a strong home record and one of the better offensive ratings in the league.
- Indiana has one of the worst records in the NBA and continues to deal with injuries to key contributors. But Jalen Brunson is also questionable for New York and that could hurt the Knicks in a big way as well.
- The Knicks recently defeated the Pacers 101-92, extending Indiana’s losing streak. But the Pacers won the last time they were at Madison Square Garden and that is always a possibility again here.

Pacers vs Knicks Pick & Model Projection
- Score Projection: Pacers 102 - Knicks 118 ATS PRO
- Pick: Under 223.5 ATS PRO
- Confidence: 4 out of 5 ATS PRO
- Win Probability: Pacers 18%, Knicks 82% ATS PRO
New York holds a clear statistical advantage across nearly every category, including scoring efficiency, rebounding, and defense. Even if Brunson were limited or unavailable, the Knicks have shown enough depth to handle a Pacers team missing several key pieces. Indiana’s defense has struggled all season, allowing nearly 119 points per game, which creates a difficult path against a balanced New York offense.
As far as the betting markets go, I am going to take the points with the Indiana Pacers. The Pacers have proven that they can hang with these Knicks throughout the season. And while New York should win this game by double-digits, it won't be enough for New York to cover the number.
