The Dallas Mavericks will host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night in the NBA. Both of these teams have struggled mightily out of the gate this season, but one of them has to win this game. Here, I try to answer which team that will be, as I make my Pacers vs Mavericks prediction for this inter-conference matchup in the NBA.
Player | Prop |
|---|---|
Klay Thompson (DAL) | Over 11.5 Points |
Klay Thompson (DAL) | Over 2.5 Made Threes |
Score Projection: Indiana Pacers 108 – Dallas Mavericks 118
Win Probability: Indiana 28%, Dallas 72%
Both of these teams are off to rough starts this year. But I think that the Mavs are in the best position to get into the win column in this game. The Mavs have been playing at home in every game to start their season and they should get a big win on their home floor against a Pacers team that has looked lost due to all of the injuries they are dealing with. Look for Klay Thompson to have a big shooting game against a bad Pacers defense and for Dallas to improve to 2-3 on the season.
