The Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets will meet in the NBA on Friday night. These teams both lost their season-opening matchups and will try to get a win to avoid falling behind early in the standings. But only one of them can do that in this game. Before tip-off from Houston, continue reading to find out who I like in this game with my Pistons vs Rockets prediction.
Player | Prop |
|---|---|
Alperen Şengün | Points: over 21.5 |
Cade Cunningham | Points + Assists: over 30.5 |
Amen Thompson | Rebounds: over 8.5 |
Score Projection: Houston 118 – Detroit 112
Win Probability: Houston 65%, Detroit 35%
The Rockets should get their first win of the season and their first win since Kevin Durant joined the team. But I think that it is going to be a reasonably close game. Detroit has enough perimeter scoring to keep up with the Rockets here and I think that the Pistons will cover the spread in what should be a competitive matchup from Houston.
