Tuesday’s NBA slate will feature an intriguing battle when the Dallas Mavericks journey to North Carolina to take on the Charlotte Hornets at Spectrum Center. The Mavericks enter this one struggling through a difficult season, sitting well below .500 with recent inconsistencies all over the floor, while the Hornets can get to the .500 mark with a win in this Mavericks vs Hornets contest.

Key Players
Hornets
- Kon Knueppel – Has delivered big scoring nights against Dallas, including a career-high 34 points in late January, showcasing his capacity to lead Charlotte’s offense.
- Miles Bridges – A consistent contributor near 20 points per contest with solid rebounding and playmaking ability, he anchors Charlotte’s wing production.
- LaMelo Ball – When available, he orchestrates the offense with scoring and assists, giving Charlotte an edge in tempo and space creation.
Mavericks
- Ryan Nembhard – One of the few healthy Mavericks, Nembhard leads the team in assists and has seen his usage increase throughout this season by simply being available for his team.

Score Projection: Dallas 113 – Charlotte 118 ATS PRO

Final Thoughts
In this spot, Charlotte holds the edge with better recent form, home court advantage, and a superior rebounding presence with their size and health. Dallas has talents capable of explosive nights, yet inconsistent defense and travel inefficiencies make it tough to trust them outright in this road clash. I'll take the points with Dallas, but expect Charlotte to ultimately secure the win.
