The Chicago Bulls head west on Thursday night for a road contest against the Phoenix Suns, a meeting that places a rebuilding Eastern Conference club against a Western Conference team still pushing for playoff positioning. Phoenix has been solid at home and enters this game as a clear betting favorite, while Chicago has struggled to string together wins during the second half of the season. Find out who I think will cover the spread in this Bulls vs Suns contest with my prediction below.
Pick: Phoenix Suns -11.5
Confidence: 3 out of 5
Phoenix enters this game with the stronger record and the more proven star power. Devin Booker remains the focal point of the offense and continues to produce at an All-Star level, while Phoenix has built a balanced lineup around him with scoring and interior size. The Suns are also coming off a recent win against Sacramento, which should give them confidence heading into another home game.
Chicago, meanwhile, has struggled to maintain consistency. The Bulls have lost nine of their last 10 games and have had difficulty on the defensive end, allowing high-scoring totals during stretches of the season. Despite those struggles, the team has been explosive offensively behind young contributors who continue to gain experience.

Points per game | 115.7 | 112.1 |
Points allowed per game | 120.0 | 111.2 |

Score Projection: Chicago Bulls 110 – Phoenix Suns 125
Win Probability: Chicago Bulls 32%, Phoenix Suns 68%
Phoenix enters this contest with the better overall roster, stronger offensive production, and home-court advantage. Devin Booker gives the Suns an elite scoring option capable of breaking open a game quickly, and Phoenix has consistently produced strong offensive numbers during the season. Chicago has shown potential through young playmakers like Josh Giddey, yet defensive issues and inconsistent shooting remain concerns on the road. My recommendation is to lay the points with the Suns in this Thursday night matchup in pro basketball.
