The Brooklyn Nets and Orlando Magic will meet at Kia Center in Orlando on Friday night. Brooklyn is off to a disastrous start to this season, while the Magic are trying to build momentum despite an injury to one of their key players. Before tip-off from Orlando, continue reading to get my breakdown of this game, which includes my Nets vs Magic prediction.
Player | Prop |
|---|---|
Franz Wagner (Magic) | Over 25.5 points |
Michael Porter Jr. (Nets) | Over 21.5 points |
Score Projection: Orlando Magic 117 – Brooklyn Nets 104
Win Probability: Orlando Magic 88%, Brooklyn Nets 12%
The Brooklyn Nets are a strong contender to be the worst team in the NBA this year. Their struggles will likely continue in this game against a Magic team that is solid on the defensive end of the floor. My best bet for this contest is for the under to cash, as Brooklyn isn't likely to produce a ton of offense without Cam Thomas and the Magic could have some struggles generating clean looks in their first full game without Paolo Banchero in the lineup.
