The Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic will meet in a Southeast Division contest in the NBA on Friday night. The Magic got a win in their season opener and will try to move to 2-0 by beating a Hawks team that lost its first game of the year. Before tip-off from Orlando, continue reading to get my Hawks vs Magic prediction in the NBA.
Player | Prop to Consider |
|---|---|
Trae Young (Hawks) | Over 23.5 points |
Paolo Banchero (Magic) | Over 24.5 points |
Desmond Bane (Magic) | Under 18.5 points |
Score Projection: Orlando Magic 117 – Atlanta Hawks 108
Win Probability: Orlando 68% | Atlanta 32%
I am going to lay the points with the Magic in this matchup from Orlando. The Hawks were dreadful on defense in their first game of the season. That should continue here against a Magic team that looked very effective in crunch time in their season opener. I'll take the Magic to win and cover the spread on their home floor, putting up a big offensive number against a Hawks team whose defense is a major red flag.
