Saturday’s Big 12 men’s college basketball schedule features an intriguing battle when the Colorado Buffaloes hit the road to face the No. 5-ranked Houston Cougars on February 28, 2026. Houston has been one of the most consistent teams in the country this season, while Colorado has shown signs of life at times but remains a step behind in terms of overall performance. With Houston still in the hunt for a Big 12 regular season title and Colorado trying to gain ground in the conference standings, this game could tell us plenty about where both teams stand as we approach March. Oddsmakers list Houston as a heavy favorite, but Buffaloes fans hope their squad can keep this within striking distance.
