Updated August 31, 2026
Jackpot City Casino is a well-established online gaming brand that has been entertaining players since 1998. After years of success in markets like Canada, the UK, and South Africa, the casino has expanded into the U.S., offering a fully licensed online gaming experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Partnered with Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, Jackpot City brings a vast selection of slots, table games, and live dealer options to American players, all backed by cutting-edge security and a rewarding loyalty program.
New players in NJ and PA can claim exclusive welcome offers, with no Jackpot City bonus code required to activate the promotions. The platform delivers a seamless gaming experience with fast payouts, responsive live chat support, and a user-friendly interface. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to online casinos, Jackpot City provides a premium experience that lives up to its long-standing reputation. Keep reading for a full breakdown of everything this casino has to offer.
Although it's one of the newer faces in the NJ and PA online casino markets, I have to say...there really is a lot to like about Jackpot City.
A solid selection of Vegas-style slots and immersive live dealer games, a user-friendly mobile app for both iOS and Android devices, plenty of safe and convenient payment options available, and fast withdrawal times are just a few things that stood out to me during my review of the platform.
However, Jackpot City Casino has several downsides that are worth mentioning as well. High wagering requirements on their welcome offer for new players and a smaller library of games (compared to the competition) are just a couple of areas where there's room for improvement.
Ultimately, the choice will come down to your personal preferences and unique style of play, but it's safe to say JackpotCity is a pretty good option for online casino enthusiasts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
That said, if you live in a state where this particular online casino is not yet available or you're just not completely sold on the platform, then we encourage you to check out our list of the best online casinos in 2026. Here, you'll have no problem finding an option that works for you!

I had a chance to test out the sign-up bonus at Jackpot City for myself, and I am happy to report that the offer is 100% legitimate. As soon as I signed up and made my first deposit, the casino instantly added the bonus funds to my account as promised!
Unfortunately, Jackpot City Casino does not currently offer a no-deposit bonus to new players.
However, as previously mentioned, they are providing a 100% match in PA (and a 50% match in NJ) on your first deposit of up to $1,000. Here's a quick breakdown of the JackpotCity bonus offers and how they work:
When it comes to banking, Jackpot City Casino has you covered with plenty of safe and convenient options for both deposits and withdrawals. Here's a quick breakdown of everything you need to know:
If you'd like to add funds to your account, you can do so using one of the following payment options: debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), PayPal, Venmo, Skrill, VIP Preferred (ACH Transfer), and Play+.
All deposits are instantly processed, and the funds will be immediately added to your account balance as soon as the transaction has been completed.
In addition, it's worth noting that New Jersey players will have the option to make cash deposits in person by visiting Golden Nugget Atlantic City (Jackpot City's retail partner).
At JackpotCity, the withdrawal options are the same as the deposit methods, with one exception: debit/credit card withdrawals are not available. This means you can withdraw your winnings using PayPal, Venmo, Skrill, VIP Preferred, or Play+.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed pretty quickly, but the time it takes for the funds to reach your account may vary depending on the selected method and any additional verification requirements.
However, in most cases, you can expect the winnings to be delivered within 24-48 hours for Play+ and e-wallet withdrawals and 24-72 hours for VIP Preferred (ACH Transfers) withdrawals.
Jackpot City Casino currently offers a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. For this review, I had a chance to test the app out on my Phone, and I have to say...I was really impressed with the overall user experience.
For starters, the app is very easy to use and navigate. The games are all neatly organized, and finding my favorites was a breeze. Making deposits and withdrawals, contacting customer support, and other important tasks were also smooth and efficient on the app.
Plus, I love the design and how it makes you feel like you're in a real Las Vegas or Atlantic City casino. The visuals are great, the animations are fun, and the layout is immersive.
Overall, Jackpot City Casino's mobile app is fantastic for gaming on the go. It's easy to use, convenient, and looks great. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5.

JackpotCity currently offers well over 300 casino-style games from IGT, NetEnt, Microgaming, and several other leading providers in the online gaming industry.
Now, let's take a closer look at the different categories of games you can expect to find:
Like most New Jersey and Pennsylvania online casinos, slots are the highlight of Jackpot City's gaming library. With a wide range of themes, styles, and features to be enjoyed, there really is something for every type of player!
From classic 3-reel slots to immersive video slots with bonus rounds and progressive jackpots, the platform offers a great selection of real-money slot games that are designed to suit every preference and taste.
In case you're not sure where to start, here are a few of the Jackpot City Casino slots that I enjoyed most during my time on the app:
In addition to slots, Jackpot City Casino offers about a dozen different table games and video poker variants. This includes multiple versions of casino classics like blackjack and roulette as well as popular poker games like Mississippi Stud and Ultimate Texas Hold'em.
I'm personally a huge fan of the variety of blackjack options available! Each variant offers its own unique twist on the classic game, keeping things exciting and engaging.
Lastly, Jackpot City gives you access to over a dozen live casino games, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and more.
These games are streamed in high-definition from professional studios and hosted by real dealers, providing an immersive and authentic casino experience from the comfort of your own home. So, you get to interact with the dealers and other players in real time as you enjoy the thrill of live gaming action!
Safety, security, and fairness are arguably the three most important factors to consider before signing up at a Pennsylvania or New Jersey online casino. These aspects ensure that your personal information is protected, your transactions are secure, and the games aren't rigged against you.
Fortunately, Jackpot City Casino excels in this crucial category, earning a perfect 5/5 star rating from me and my team. Allow us to explain why by answering some of the most important questions on the topic:
Yes, Jackpot City is a legitimate online casino that legally offers real-money games in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The casino is licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and Pennsylvania Gambling Control Board, ensuring that it operates in accordance with strict regulations and standards set forth by state authorities.
With its valid gaming licenses and regulatory oversight, JackpotCity Casino provides a safe and secure gaming environment for players. Additionally, the casino uses certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased gameplay, further solidifying its legitimacy and trustworthiness.
Overall, Jackpot City Casino is a reputable and legitimate online gaming platform, offering a wide range of real-money games to players in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Players can enjoy their gaming experience with confidence, knowing that Jackpot City operates legally and adheres to strict regulatory standards.
Jackpot City Online Casino is operated in the United States by Digital Gaming Corporation, a well-known gaming company that has been around since 2014 and was acquired by Super Group (i.e., the UK-based owner of popular brands like Betway and Spin) in 2023.
This acquisition has strengthened Jackpot City's position in the online gaming industry, combining the expertise and resources of Digital Gaming Corporation with the backing of Super Group.
As a result, Jackpot City continues to provide high-quality gaming experiences to players, backed by the reputation and support of its parent company.
As it currently stands, Jackpot City Casino is legal and available in just two U.S. states:
You'll need to be at least 21 years old and physically located in one of these two eligible states to sign up, play games, and wager real money on the app.
When it comes to customer service and support, JackpotCity Casino does a pretty good job! You can currently get in contact with their team via email (CustomerSupport@jackpotcitycasino.us), phone (888-842-4312; available from 12:00-6:00 p.m. EST), and by submitting a request on the website or app.
For this review, I reached out to the Jackpot City customer support team's email address, and I am happy to report that they responded in a little less than one hour. The agent was very friendly and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
It's also worth noting that the casino offers a comprehensive FAQ page on its website. Here, you can find answers to common questions about deposits, withdrawals, promotions, technical issues, and other important aspects of the gaming experience.
My only complaint would be that the casino currently lacks a live chat option for more immediate assistance. While email, phone, and website request options are available, a live chat feature would be a welcome addition for players seeking real-time support via instant message.
Now that you've learned all about Jackpot City Casino, are you wondering how it stacks up against the competition? Well, let's find out!
Caesars Palace Online Casino is one of the top options in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. While Jackpot City has a lot to offer, Caesars seems to have them beat out in several important categories.
For starters, Caesars has a much bigger selection of slots, offering lots of different titles from all of the world's top gaming providers. Whether you like classic slots or newer ones, they are sure to have something for everyone. Plus, new titles are added regularly to help keep things fresh and exciting!
In addition, Caesars has what we consider to be the best player loyalty programs in the industry. With every bet you place and spin you make, you'll be working towards unlocking a wide range of rewards, both online and offline at Caesars Entertainment properties across the country.
BetMGM also offers one of the gambling apps in the United States today, and it has a lot more to offer compared to Jackpot City Casino.
First, BetMGM Casino has Jackpot City beat with more slots, blackjack and roulette variants, video poker games, and just about everything else. This is important because it provides players with a wider range of options and ensures there's something to suit every preference and taste.
Additionally, like Caesars, BetMGM has a fantastic player rewards program. With the MGM Rewards system in place, players can earn points for every dollar they spend on the platform. These points can be redeemed for exclusive perks such as complimentary hotel stays, dining discounts, and VIP experiences.
Finally, although DraftKings is perhaps best known for its online sportsbook and daily fantasy sports app, the American gaming company also offers one of the top online casinos in NJ and PA.
DraftKings Casino has an advantage over Jackpot City with one of the best mobile apps in the iGaming industry, providing players with a seamless and immersive gaming experience on the go. The app's user-friendly interface, fast loading times, and smooth gameplay make it stand out from the competition.
In addition, DraftKings offers all kinds of special bonuses and promotions for everyday players, enhancing the excitement and value of the gaming experience. From welcome bonuses to ongoing promotions and loyalty rewards, DraftKings always ensures that players are always rewarded for their gameplay.
After my team's thorough review and getting a chance to test the app out for myself, I can confidently say that Jackpot City Casino is a fun and reliable option for real-money online gaming in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
First, while the casino may be new to the U.S., the operator has well over two decades of experience in the global iGaming market, bringing plenty of knowledge and expertise to the table.
I'm also a big fan of their user-friendly mobile app, great selection of Vegas-style slots and immersive live dealer games, and wide range of convenient banking options for smooth deposits and withdrawals.
While there are certainly areas for improvement, such as the addition of a live chat option for customer support and reducing the high wagering requirements on the welcome offer, the strengths of Jackpot City far outweigh its weaknesses.
