British Columbia Lions vs Ottawa Redblacks Betting Preview
The British Columbia Lions look to keep the fireworks going when they visit the Ottawa Redblacks to begin Week 4 of the Canadian Football League. The Lions have won both games in impressive fashion, crushing the Edmonton Elks 59-15 to begin the season and showing no rust after an off week and dominating Toronto 44-3 last week.

Lions quarterback Nathan Rourke has been impressing, completing 65 of 74 pass attempts for 718 yards and seven touchdowns. James Butler has rushed for a team-leading 147 yards and two touchdowns, while the defense is allowing a league-low 279 yards per game.
Ottawa got plenty of preseason publicity for their personnel moves but are off to an 0-2 start after a pair of setbacks at the hands of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. There’s no disgrace losing to Winnipeg, but it’s time for some of the Redblacks to live up to the hype.
Jeremiah Masoli has thrown for 711 yards in his two games with Ottawa, although he has just one touchdown. Ottawa is second in the league in total yards, but only Toronto has scored fewer points.

Lions vs Redblacks Pick & Prediction
The Lions are the first CFL team to win consecutive games by 40 or more points since before the 2007 season and road favorites have gone 3-7 ATS after a win by 40 or more points. Teams who have won consecutive games by 25 or more points are just 4-12 ATS and 1-5 ATS when favored on the road, so it doesn’t appear to be a great spot for British Columbia.
While British Columbia was beating up on a couple of weaker teams, the Redblacks played the Blue Bombers in back-to-back weeks. Ottawa dropped both games but were able to give a talented Winnipeg team a battle in each game, losing 19-17 and 19-12. The Redblacks had last week off to try and get a few bugs worked out and the Lions have a possible lookahead situation with Winnipeg on deck.
