Dallas evened up the series at two games apiece with an impressive 5-1 victory at home on Wednesday. Ben Bishop had a great game in net for the Stars, making 34 saves on 35 shots (.971). Dallas will have a hard time keeping up that production back in Nashville. After being embarrassed in Game 4, the Predators will bounce back today to take a 3-2 series lead.

Carolina Hurricanes vs Washington Capitals Game 5 (Tied 2-2)
Money Line: Carolina+123/Washington-143
Puck Line: Carolina-230/Washington+192
After losing the first two highly contested games of the series, Carolina has stormed back to win the next two to tie the series up at 2-2. Now back in Washington, the Capitals have the home-ice advantage in what is now a best-of-three series from here on out. Washington won on paper in the last game, 52.3% of faceoffs, 1-3 power plays (Carolina 0-2) and a 31-24 shot advantage, but the Hurricanes still found a way to grind out a win at home. Now that the Capitals are back home, the Hurricanes won’t be able to squeak out a win unless they find an area of the game to dominate. A well-rounded Capitals team will not let that happen and will take the 3-2 lead when they head back to Carolina.
Carolina 1 – Washington 4
