Why Bet the Chargers:
✅ Justin Herbert is really hitting his stride as of late for the Chargers. He has thrown five touchdown passes with zero interceptions over the last three games, and has completed over 70% of his passes in two of those last three contests.
✅ Ryan Tannehill, meanwhile, has failed to complete two-thirds of his passes in each of the Titans’ last three games. That has made the Tennessee offense too predictable, even if Derrick Henry is still a weapon out of the backfield.
✅ Both of these teams are 8-5 against the spread this season, but those numbers are very different. Tennessee has lost three straight games against the spread, while the Chargers have been much better than Tennessee in recent weeks.

Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans suffered their third straight loss last week, as they were blasted by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Tennessee gave up 36 points in that game, and allowed Trevor Lawrence to throw for 368 yards on them. Here, the Titans will look to bounce back as their lead in the AFC South has been cut to just two games.
For the Titans, getting more out of their passing game is going to be key in this game and during the rest of the season. The focal point of their offense is always going to be Derrick Henry and the running game. But if they can get more from Ryan Tannehill from an efficiency standpoint, they will be able to run the ball more effectively as well.
Los Angeles Chargers
For the Los Angeles Chargers, Sunday night was a great litmus test for them, and they passed. The Chargers beat the Miami Dolphins 23-17, behind a huge game from Justin Herbert. Herbert threw for 367 yards and outperformed one of the top passers in the league this season in Tua Tagovailoa. This week, the Chargers will look for a similar performance from their star quarterback.
However, things were not perfect for the Chargers against the Dolphins. Their leading rusher in that game was Austin Ekeler with just 45 rushing yards. That is not good enough, and could cause problems against a Titans defense that is already elite against the run.
