Why Bet The Dolphins vs Buccaneers Over:
✅ The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were held in check last week, but that was a product of the weather and a brilliant game plan by Bill Belichick and the rest of the Patriots staff. Tampa Bay will get back on track offensively in this game and the Dolphins will do just enough to get the game over the total.
✅ Outside of one rainy night in New England against Mac Jones and the Patriots, the Buccaneers have struggled on defense so far this year. Even against the lowly Atlanta Falcons, the Bucs struggled to contain the opposing offense. Miami is struggling on offense in their own right, but they will contribute a couple of scores and get the game over.

✅ Tampa Bay is one of only six teams in the NFL this season to score over 100 points through four weeks and allow over 100 points through four weeks. Their inability to lock teams down has been apparent, even if their defense was the driving force behind their Super Bowl victory.
Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins have lost their last three games after opening the season with a win over the New England Patriots. With Tua Tagovailoa going down during the team’s Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills, the offense for Miami has looked rather directionless. This week, they will attempt to remedy that against a Tampa Bay defense that has been inconsistent throughout the first month of the season.
Jacoby Brissett will get another chance to prove himself this week, after struggling in two of his three appearances so far this season. Brissett has a chance to break a Tampa Bay defense that allowed Mac Jones to play well last week, as Jones was able to throw for 275 yards and complete 19 straight passes.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay won its third game in four tries last Sunday night, when they defeated the New England Patriots in primetime. Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay offense were underwhelming, failing to break 20 points. But the defense of the Buccaneers was enough to push them over the finish line in that game, in which the Buccaneers rebounded from their Week 3 loss on the road against the Rams.
The question for the Buccaneers heading into this week is whether they can play well on both ends of the ball for an entire game. Tampa Bay struggled on defense against the Rams, Falcons and Cowboys, and struggled offensively against the Patriots. This game, in a winnable situation against a backup quarterback, is a great chance for the Bucs to showcase what they can do in all phases.
