If you wanted to see a million replays of the Dez Bryant “drop”, this is going to be a huge week for you. The Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers are going to face off in a rematch of that iconic NFL playoff game. But this year, only one of these teams has looked like a playoff team so far. In our NFL picks for Sunday, we break down Cowboys vs Packers in a battle of storied NFC franchises.
Cowboys vs Packers Betting Pick
This game will be played at Lambeau Field at 4:25 PM ET on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
Why Bet The Under:
✅ This is a terrible matchup for the Packers offense. Green Bay ranks 27th in the NFL in scoring offense, barely averaging 17 points per game. They face a Dallas defense that ranks third in points allowed this season at 16.6 points per game. That should mean a low-scoring performance for the Packers en route to an under.
✅ Green Bay is also stout defensively, ranking second in passing yards per game allowed. They are not great against the run, but their defensive strength should be able to slow down the offensive strength of the Cowboys, that being their passing attack.
✅ Both of these teams have seen more than half of their games go under this season. The Cowboys have had five of their eight games go under, while the Packers have had six of their nine games go under.

Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys had their bye week last week, going into the bye with a 6-2 record. They are two games back of the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles at the top of the division, and need to win games like this one to avoid falling further behind. To do that, the defense of the Cowboys will need to pick up where it left off before the bye.
Dallas will have to like its chances to slow down the Packers offense here. Green Bay has been struggling mightily this season, and the Cowboys pass rush has helped it become a top-five defense in the league. If they can put pressure on Rodgers, the Packers may not stand a chance against the Cowboys.
Green Bay Packers
Things continue to get worse for the Green Bay Packers. They dropped to 3-6 last week with a loss to the Detroit Lions in which they were held to just nine points. This week, the Packers will try to once again get their offense going, but they have not shown any signs that they will be able to do that.
Pass protection is going to be key for the Packers in this game. Aaron Rodgers turned the ball over several times against the Lions. If the Packers cannot protect Rodgers here, the opportunistic defense of the Cowboys could force more turnovers from the Packers quarterback.
