The late afternoon NFL Week 10 Same Game Parlay preview at ATS comes from the national game on FOX between the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys. A game that before the season would have been considered a playoff preview between two NFC contenders that is now dominated by the narrative of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers struggles. Nonetheless, we have a Cowboys vs Packers parlay locked and loaded here.
The Packers haven’t won in over a month, putting the spotlight firmly on Rodgers and his public comments to each defeat. At 3-6 entering Sunday’s game at Lambeau Field, it is must win territory for Rodgers and the Packers in a season that already appears destined for total collapse.
Dallas sits at 6-3 entering Week 10 and are looking for a third straight win over an NFC North opponent after blowout wins over the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears. The Cowboys had quarterback Dak Prescott back in both of those games and exploded for 49 points in the Week 9 game in Chicago to show their offense is one of the best in the league when their QB is healthy.
The Packers are +4 home underdogs against the spread and are +175 on the moneyline. Dallas are -210 moneyline favorites and the total is set at 44.

Head to Head
Teams Last 10
Pick 1: Dallas Cowboys ML (-210)
The Dallas Cowboys moneyline should be a safe layup leg for Same Game Parlays as it is hard to see the Packers ending their losing streak in this one.
Dallas looked incredible in their beatdowns of the Lions and the Bears. Putting up 49 points and four rushing touchdowns against the Bears, the Cowboys are looking like a Super Bowl contender.
Teams need to account for the aerial threat now that Prescott is back in the saddle. Opening up all types of opportunities for their offense that the Packers are going to struggle to handle. After losing to the lowly Lions, the Packers aren’t a threat to the Cowboys on paper and this should be a comfortable Dallas win.

Pick 2: Aaron Rodgers Over 229.5 Passing Yards (+115)
The Green Bay Packers offense was terrible against the Lions, scoring nine points. But Aaron Rodgers did put up his fair share of passing yardage, going for 291 yards in the loss.
Red zone execution was the issue for Rodgers and the Packers as costly interceptions near the endzone cost them the game. Expect more of the same against the Cowboys as Rodgers should get his yardage in a loss. +115 is good prop value to get a fairly low number in 230 yards against the Cowboys defense.

Pick 3: Dak Prescott Over 12.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Dallas featured some designed runs for Dak Prescott last week in the win against Chicago that looked real nice for the Cowboys. An added wrinkle to their offense that could be utilized against a soft Green Bay rushing defense.
Prescott ran the ball five times against the Bears, finishing with 34 yards and a touchdown. Playing one of the worst run defenses in the league and only needing 13 yards, Dak’s rushing yards over is a safe value prop play in this game.

Cowboys vs Packers Preview
Former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy makes his return to Lambeau Field to face his old quarterback and team as the Cowboys boss. McCarthy coached the Packers to eight consecutive postseasons, playing in the NFC Championship Game three times and winning the Super Bowl in 2010.
Aaron Rodgers enjoyed nearly all of his highs with McCarthy coaching and/or calling the plays in Green Bay. Rodgers took home two MVP awards while under the guidance of McCarthy and the return matchup is certain to be an emotional one for both parties.
The Packers’ already pedestrian wide receiver corps weakened further with the injury to promising rookie Romeo Doubs. Doubs hasn’t practiced this week as he is rehabilitating a high ankle sprain that could put him out for several weeks.
Stopping the run will be the key to the Cowboys success on Sunday. The Packers want to run the football as much as possible with Aaron Jones and the Cowboys rank 24th in the league in run defense. If the Cowboys fail to make tackles to force the Packers into passing downs, this game could be closer than expected.
