This game will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 2, 2022.
Why Bet The Falcons:
✅ Cleveland has a winning record so far this season, but has earned it by playing three of the worst offensive teams in the NFL. They have played the Panthers, Jets, and Steelers, making the Falcons the best offensive team they will have played through four weeks. Expect the Falcons to move the ball as a result, and to win this game at home.

✅ This is just the second home game so far this season for the Falcons, as they return home after two straight road games. Atlanta should have won their first home game, but allowed a huge comeback from the New Orleans Saints. Here, they will make up for that collapse against the Saints with a win over the Browns.
✅ Atlanta is one of just three teams in the NFL that have gone 3-0 against the spread through Week 3 of this season. The join the Dolphins and the Lions in that exclusive club, and should be able to make it 4-0 as a slight underdog in this contest on Sunday.
Cleveland Browns
Last week, the Cleveland Browns moved to 2-1 on the season, beating the Pittsburgh Steelers by 12 points at home on Thursday Night Football. Outside of the pitch play touchdown on the final play that busted up plenty of teaser tickets, the main story of that game was the rushing attack of the Browns. Cleveland rushed for 171 yards against Pittsburgh, and will look to use their running game to spark another victory in Atlanta.
The question in this game is whether Jacoby Brissett will play as well as he did in Week 3. Brissett averaged 7.1 yards per pass attempt last week, throwing two touchdown passes and no interceptions. But that was at home against a Steelers team missing its best player, and consistency through the air could be harder on the road here.
Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons got their first win of the 2022 NFL season with a victory over the Seattle Seahawks last week. Atlanta used its offense to pick up that victory, rushing for 179 yards as a team to keep the ball moving. Cordarrelle Patterson had 141 yards and a touchdown on the ground, and the Falcons will look to use him to pick up another win on Sunday.
For the Falcons, their receiving corps continues to be a question mark. Kyle Pitts was the only Falcon to record more than three catches on Sunday, with rookie receiver Drake London also hauling in three balls. Marcus Mariota is always going to have his ups and downs, but the lack of top-end receiving talent on this team will always make things tougher on the first year Falcons quarterback.
