Teams Last 10
This game will be played at M&T Bank Stadium at 8:20 PM ET on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
Why Bet The Ravens:
✅ The Baltimore Ravens are 0-2 at home so far this season, but that is a highly misleading way to look at their games at home so far. They had a huge lead against both the Dolphins and Bills, and those teams came back to beat them. Banking on a miraculous comeback again here from the Bengals is not something worth doing, as the Ravens should fly out to another fast start here.

✅ Baltimore is currently averaging a touchdown more per game than the Bengals through the first four week of the season. The Ravens are averaging 1.4 yards per play more than the Bengals on the season. They will continue to press their offensive advantage over their division rivals in this Sunday night matchup.
✅ Lamar Jackson has a higher completion percentage, yards per attempt average, and more touchdowns than Joe Burrow this season. Even without Jackson’s ability to move the ball with his legs, his passing has been superior to that of Burrow thus far. That contradicts public perception for the most part, and is a great reason to back the Ravens.
Cincinnati Bengals
Last week, the Cincinnati Bengals beat the Miami Dolphins at home, as the Bengals were able to pull away after Tua Tagovailoa went out with a head injury. Cincinnati was also able to spread the field in the passing game in the second half, as Joe Burrow was able to find receivers down field as they worse the Dolphins defense down. This week, the Bengals will have a much tougher defensive task on its hands against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.
Cincinnati did not have to worry nearly as much about Tagovailoa running as they will have to worry about Lamar Jackson running. That means committing bodies to containing him, which makes it harder to defend his targets in the passing game. How the Bengals handle that challenge from a strategic standpoint will be huge in determining how this game goes.
Baltimore Ravens
Going into this Bengals vs Ravens game, the Baltimore Ravens blew a huge lead against the Buffalo Bills in their most recent contest. The Ravens had a 20-3 lead in that game, but could not get their offense going in the second half, while letting the Bills move the ball at will down the stretch. Here, the Ravens will look to finish strong at home for the first time all season.
In this game, the Ravens pass defense will need to play better than it has in second halves at home. The Ravens have allowed the Dolphins and Bills to throw all over their home field in the final two quarters of their home games. If the Ravens allow the Bengals to do that this week, they could fall behind in the AFC North race.
