Bucks vs Grizzlies Betting Pick
This game will be played at FedExForum at 8:00 PM ET on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
Why Bet The Bucks:
✅ Ja Morant (27.6 PPG, 6.7 APG) has missed the last three games due to a knee injury and will probably remain on the shelf for the rest of the regular season. That’s a massive blow for the Grizzlies, who still won each of those three contests without their best player. And they’ve won convincingly, thrashing of Houston 122-98, Brooklyn 132-120, and Indiana 133-103 in the process. However, outlasting the reigning champs could be a tall order even if Giannis Antetokounmpo (29.7 PPG, 11.6 RPG) sits out with a knee injury. The Bucks have played very well lately, going 10-2 straight up and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games overall.
✅ In Ja Morant’s absence, Desmond Bane has run the Grizzlies’ offense, averaging 25.7 points on a ridiculous 62.2% shooting from the field and 60.9% from beyond the arc. Bane will have a tough matchup Sunday, as Jrue Holiday is one of the best defensive stoppers in the league. With Jrue on the floor, the Bucks are outscoring their opponents by 8.7 points per 100 possessions.

✅ The Grizzlies love to play at a fast tempo, averaging 100.1 possessions per 48 minutes, and the Bucks (99.7 per 48 minutes) can keep the pace with Memphis. Milwaukee won’t mind if Memphis tries to push the ball in transition. Also, the Bucks know how to run their offense in transition. They score 115.0 points per 100 possessions (4th in the NBA) on 54.7 effective field goal percentage (5th).
Milwaukee Bucks
The battle for the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference is wild. The Bucks are only one game off the top-seeded Heat, while both 76ers and Celtics are half a game behind Milwaukee. The reigning champs open a tough three-game road trip Saturday, searching for their third consecutive victory.
Milwaukee outlasted Washington 114-102 as an 8.5-point fave last Thursday. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton watched the game in street clothes, so Jrue Holiday led the charge for the Bucks with 24 points and ten assists. Grayson Allen had 21 points on 7-for-10 shooting from the field, while Bobby Portis posted a double-double of 11 points and 12 rebounds.
Memphis Grizzlies
With eight games to go, the Grizzlies will try to protect their 2.5-game lead ahead of the Warriors. Memphis has been outstanding all season, and the Grizzlies have won seven of their previous eight contests, so they fully deserved the No. 2 seed in the West.
Ja Morant’s injury will be a problem. The Grizzlies, who score 114.5 points per 100 possessions (5th) and yield 108.8 in a return (tied-6th), will have to step up on both sides of the ball. They’ve gone 3-0 SU and ATS without Morant, but two of those three wins have come against the lowly Pacers and Rockets.
